Store was very clean and salesperson Ty Rajeh was very knowledgeable to help us with our choices of a rug and padding we needed . Service was prompt and complete.

The store is always clean and well lit. There is a handicapped greeter as you enter that is very knowledgeable about the store layout and and will direct you to the department or area that you need to go.

This Home Depot is always clean, bright and filled with helpful customer service reps. You are greeted at the door with a friendly smile and a warm hello and throughout the store the employees are always willing and able to help with any questions. This is exactly the experience you want when purchasing home repair items!

I received a coupon from Home Depot for signing up for their text promos sent to my phone for $5 off $50. When we went to use it, this cashier had no idea how to scan the barcode from my smartphone and apply the discount. She even went as far as to accuse us of "using someone else's coupon". Who says that to a customer? Terrible manners and a highly hostile person should not be in retail. The worst part she said that in front of a manager and he did not say anything to her.

I usually just say hello to the greetiing people and move on.. but Rita went over and above in being helpful and kind. made a big difference in this visit..

The employees are always friendly and helpful . I especially like when they have the projects for children. . There is this lady in a wheel chair that always give us a big hello . She is so pleasant. Next time I will ask her name . I should know it by now . she has been there for many years.

I forgot an item when I arrived at Danny's checkout counter, he knew exactly where it was in the store. I was able to run and get it before my husband finished checking out. I appreciated that he knew exactly where it was down to the aisle :)

Customer Service is still a huge factor for folks shopping on their feet instead of in their pj's at home, in front of the laptop, ordering. The employees at the Commack store are helpful and never let you leave them until you are sure you have all you need for whatever project you have! I've spent all kinds of money in the paint dept., electrical, appliances, etc. Every employee there is WONDERFUL!

As soon as i walked in someone was ready to help before i even asked for it. I was in the store for maybe a total 0f 3 minutes from start to finish. I had brought my propane tank in to have it exchanged and they handled it quicker than usual.

I was in the Commack area and i was looking for a fixture for my dining area. The salesman spent time helping me decide which fixture would be the best for this room. The store was clean and checkout was easy.

After starting almost 6 months prior, we placed our cabinet and countertop order yesterday with a knowledgeable and helpful store associate. We had a calm and stress-free experience as a result, and we know we are in good hands. Can't wait for our kitchen to be done next month! We would highly recommend this store for redoing a kitchen.
