Each time I have gone to this store I always find the employees helpful. Yesterday Brad went above and beyond. Thank you to Brad and to the other employees making shopping easy!

After a long day for my son and I, we stopped here to replace missing hardware for my son's bed. I believe Joe immediately recognized my determined look of bewilderment he probably sees often and asked if he could help. He showed me how to size the screw I had to match and took the time to show that some were beveled and rounded, which prevented a second trip to return an item. He was really friendly and funny. My son absolutely was thrilled with the Halloween section. It was bright, clean and organized. I came for screws and left with an extra $70 in Holloween items lol. Nataly at the register helped me quickly and efficiently. Even though it was after 8 pm, everyone was working, helpful and pleasant. Never felt like anyone didn't want to be there or praying for their shift to be over soon or annoyed that my autistic son was trying all the try me buttons on the animatronics. Great job Tuesday evening shift! Thank you!

We're in the middle of a bathroom & kitchen renovation. Lots of items tile & flooring options are in stock here compared to my local store. Successful Home Depot run even with our kids

I built a custom made mudroom a few months ago. I got everything I needed at Home Depot. The people were friendly and gave great advice!

I was completely clueless when I walked in and a wonderful employee there named Monica walked me through everything I needed, made the process simple and taught me what to do in the future. One of the best employee interactions I’ve EVER had. The staff truly does go above and beyond to help customers. If you go, ask for Monica!

I shop at many Home Depot’s in the area but this is my “home” store and I sure am glad it is this one. The employees are always very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. This last time I was there a gentleman bnamed Casey helped me find what I needed quickly. It was nice to go to the area of the store where the item I needed was located and find a worker there. He was sweeping making sure the store looked clean but immediately stopped to ask me if I needed help. I needed to locate a tool attachment and then have him unlock a cage it was in. He was extremely professional, kind, and does a fantastic job representing the Home Depot name. He is the type of employee that keeps me coming back to this store and makes the experience easy, fast, and enjoyable. Thanks to Casey from the East Northport Home Depot for your help and getting me in and out of the store quickly(I needed to be home to get my son off the bus so time was limited).

I bought a refrigerator about three days ago that it was delivered yesterday I’m excited to use it

Everyone is helpful every single time. I have been renovating my house by myself for 3 years now and have made countless trips to this Home Depot. When my family come to help they always mention “how does your Home Depot have everything?” Keep doing what you do! Thank you!

Great store always well stocked with helpful staff

I love the Commack store the personal working there are professional and helpful. I bought all my kitchen appliances there and have no complaints. The sales person Ray was wonderful and helpful when choosing my dishwasher and gas stove. Scott, at customer service, was terrific and helpful in every way. He was knowledgeable, as a representative of the store, and help me find and purchase exactly what I wanted.

I've been lucky to have Frank Nugent assist me with several purchases in the appliance department. He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the quality and features of different brands and their current promotions. I'd return for his help again in a heartbeat.

How CREEPY that as I was checking out I noticed that I was on video and the facial recognition software was "Framing" my face as they looked for my EYES and download my FACE! This is too far! I do believe that Home Depot has an "agreement" with our Government to do this for nefarious reason down the line! Bull crap when they tell you its for "safety" and for disallowing thieves! Wake up folks! This store is closing in on us!

You can never find an employee to assist you, and when you find someone, they know very little. All the experienced people are one.

Bad enough there is no one to help you when you need help, but then the only way to check out is through the self check out line! They should offer a discount for the use of this service!

Avoid this store at all costs. They use self checkouts and eliminate jobs.

The Commack Home Depot is hands-down the BEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL of all the stores. Theresa ;the manager) is to be commended for how she manages the store. It’s a well-oiled machine. Never move her.

Overall the guys did a great job on the kitchen flooring. The life proof product looks great. They leveled the floor that is a slab .Just one spot where the door to the basement is harder to close .

As a property manager, the East Northport store is one of several Home Depots I shop in. This store has particularly friendly and helpful staff. I appreciate seeing new staff and especially appreciate seeing so many longtime employees who have become familiar faces over the years, many of whom have helped me frequently find what I need.

I have always had great experiences with all the employees at this location.

Terrible disappointment to see a CVS like set up on check-out! Self-serve or else is the message. What is happening to the employees who where readily available to smile, serve, answer questions and serve you? Every purchase needs a check-out point yet the final reminder of my visit is disappointment and corporate ignorance of customer service. : (
