I was assisted by Hunter, and others during my last visit. My husband had the flu and I tend to rely on him when making purchases for construction use. Hunter helped with everything and I was able to complete the list for the contractors without bothering my husband.

My only issue with any Home Depot is that whenever I need an assistance, it's hard to find one around.

Would not take DD 214 and driver license as acceptable form of veterans ID for discount as I have always done here and several other stores. I will likely be visiting alternative home improvement stores.

Store is very clean and associates are very helpful.

I love my Home Depot! Everyone is always helpful and I go there so much most everyone knows me. I love the clearance items, flowers and the welcoming atmosphere. Oh, and don't forget the oops paint! I love it! The girls at the service desk always seem happy to see me!

I love our home town HD store. They are always friendly and courteous. The store is clean and well stocked. I especially like the paint department (where I spend most of my time). Many times I've needed color matching and they have always been able to match to perfection. Thank HD!

I shop at Home Depot often. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. Products are easily located, with signs at the aisles denoting the type of products located there. Assistance was readily available. The store was clean.

Everyone is always so helpful i love this store.

This store, unfortunately, is able to maintain business by having a monopoly in the area. There is noother home improvement store in close proximity, so it is able to provide substandard service, and stay open. I've been shopping here for 3+ years. Sometime over the last year or so, something in this store changed. There are now far less associates present, and it would seem that their level of experience has dropped quite a bit as well. The store is as clean as you'd expect from a store like this, but you're now gambling in finding help. Not saying that some associates aren't still great...but as an average, it's gone down. Today's experience, wandered through lighting, no one. Wandered through plumbing, no one. Finally found someone in tools, but she avoided every customer in the aisles, and said only two sentences to me when I asked for help. Wandered to carpets, no on there. No one in the cabinet area. This is mid-day, right before a weekend. I can't believe everyone went to lunch at once. And by saying "no one", I mean, I looked down each aisle as I walked, looking for an orange apron. Not that someone was there and was busy. Nope. Just no one present. But, like I said...they have no direct competition. So, feels like the store has gotten lazy. Or cut back on people to save money or something. Either way, it's gone downhill. Both in service, and general feeling. So, no, I don't recommend this store, unless you have to. But because there's nothing else around, you kinda have to. Edit: Had to re-write this, because apparently Home Depot doesn't like you mentioning competitors. Why? Should the public not know that there are alternatives? This kind of censorship is exactly the problem with big box stores.

customer support not bad at all, some items not available or out of stock, i was looking for cat6e stp coil or cat7/8 stp but they only had unshielded cat6 and some stp cat5 which is low or mid performance

The Commerce location is poorly prepared to give customer service in the garden department.

Always easy to find help looking for things if you need it. The cashiers are always kind! And the members who work her are great dealing with!

Store is clean usually has what you want and service help is always available. A big plus is close by
