Would like to see something done about the large number of day laborers wandering about the parking lot at mid-day. This does not present a feeling of a safe and secure location in which to shop.

Figured I would go at night during the week to avoid the weekend rush. There were plenty of trees to choose from. Mike the store associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did not make me feel pressured to make a decision. I was very happy with the tree i ended up with and they secured it to the roof of my truck with ease. I recommend going at night during the week. Less crowds to deal with. Merry Christmas!

my last two visits to this store have renewed my faith in big box stores.on my first visit Robert from garden went above and beyond helping me locate items not on shelf but stored outdoors.he kept me updated while he found forklift operator to retrieve my items.i spoke with store manager frank and told him a female employee from garden dept also went above and beyond her name escapes me but frank knows it. on my second visit dave and phil from plumbing found a suitable replacement toilet for me when my first choice was out of stock.they also went out of their way searching for my first choice. I would also like to mention my cashier carmela her service with a smile is refreshing not only with me but my observations she had with other customers.your staff should be recognized for their efforts and and store managers acknowledged for their leadership..thank you all..john s

I was a little disappointed in the help I got when I asked where I might find any particular item. So I can't say I was totally happy with my experience at this time.

I was in this store on Black Friday and have an arm sling due to a recent injury. Several staff went out of their way to help me find my items, carry my purchases and make sure that no one bumped into me. They were beyond fantastic, friendly and eager to help. I cannot praise highly enough the personalized service I received. Overall they made my day and I cannot thank them enough.

Associates are always helpful and courteous at this location and pretty much at any store I have visited

The sales shel was not stocked, but Margaret assisted me by getting the item from the overhead area

This store has everything that you need for your home and more.

When I shopped, I had shopped during dinner hour, at 5:45 PM. I knew that the product I wanted was coming in on the truck that day and hoped to pick it up. It took about 1/2 hour to find someone who was able to control the lift, because the product was up high and it was heavy. So my whole shopping experience took a lot longer than I had anticipated. The cashier made up for the whole experience, she was smiling & friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. She also suggested that I open a Home Depot credit card and did everything to help me. The process took only a few minutes and she took care of all the work and made helpful suggestions.

WHILE IN THE AREA WE NEEDED A SPECIALTY TOOL TO HELP CLEAN A FRIENDS YARD. WE WENT TO HOME DEPOT TO MAKE OUR PURCHASE AND WITH THE HELP OF ASSOCIATE SHARON WE EASILY MADE OUR DECISION FOR A HIGH QUALITY PURCHASE. WE APPRECIATE THE HELP AND ADVICE WE RECEIVED WITH CONFIDENCE. WE WILL RETURN AGAIN IN THE FUTURE FOR PURCHASES OF SUPPLIES AND TOOLS TO HELP MAKE OUR JOB AND LIFE EASIER. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

Shop here only when I have to. There are several checkout girls who are great, but the rest of the associates are very rude and know very little. I like Home Depot, but not this one!

I found what I needed after a little searching. Some aisles were blocked, but no workers. Luckily I didn't need anything from those aisles. The price of the lock was more than I expected, so I hope the quality is in the price.

Needed a quick fix for the cargo on my motorcycle. Copiague is not my regular store and I couldn't find what I needed. The first associate that I came across knew exactly where to direct me, the isle, which side and self and pointed out the isle wasn't numbered. It's always good when you get the help you need but when you're pressed for time and you get the exact information you need so that you can get back on your way, it's great

We love shopping at the Home Depot as we have found they always have a good selection of items and good prices.

Cashiers need to be reminded that they are the final contact with the customer as they leave the store. This can make or break a customer's perception of their shopping experience. Not to be too blunt, but, I am paying your salary (and I own HD stock) so be nice to me and keep your comments about other cashiers "just walking around", "isn't she working?" to yourself. I have my own problems and honestly don't want to hear about your concerns about your fellow co-workers. I realize that we all have a bad day, but every customer is important, not just 90% of the time but 100% of the time - just like you would expect from your shopping experience! From a former Human Resources VP that worked in several Fortune 500 (and smaller) companies and is always concerned about customer service.

The associates were knowledgeable and so helpful. They knew where everything was and helped me load my wagon. It was heavy.

The store was very clean. The people who work there are very respectful and nice. They helped me find what I needed to find.

at first i never like how hard it is to find someone to help me find an item but once i do find help the employees are very good and usually know exactly where everything is and most of them even know alot about whatever project it is that im doing,

I was wandering around looking for window shades. An associate approached me and asked if he could help. He led me to the aisle and assisted me find the right sized shades. He was very friendly.

Every time I come here the associates are always ready to help me. I never have to ask for help. One of the cashiers marie lisa always makes my visit their fun she's always smiling and cracking a few jokes here and there love coming to this home depot with the friendless that is always around.

Very clean and organized and all the sales professionals are just that...professional. They know their products and what isle to send you to...and are very helpful and courteous.

I visit this home depot daily and the people working there are super helpful. they take the time to explain how certain products work. very helpful.

This store is always fully stocked, I have never been disappointed. Always clean and the staff is always willing to help and do their best. Great store!

I enjoy shopping here because I can find everything im looking for...today I went to do new keys for my whole family and I love all the different kind of keys they have...when I have to paint any room in the house and I go to home depot I am sure to find everything im looking for to paint and the associates are there to help..i love it in spring with all the plants and flowers and I love it in Christmas with all the decorations that are beautiful and are affordable
