Donated me some supplies for my eagle some dirt and some tools :).

I bought 2 Milwaukee M12 rotarty tools for gifts for Christmas. When the gifts were opened, one tool was new while the other one was a used returned tool in the box with missing parts. Not happy that this has happened. I was also told by other people that this is a common occurrence with Home Depot and their products. In the future I will not buy tools from Home Depot and I will inspect the products that I buy by opening the box to make sure I am getting what I am paying for. Shameful!

I just bought a garage door for my house and everything went smooth from ordering it all the way to installing it. I have to say the installer that came to my house was so nice and neat and finished the job perfectly

Home Depot has the worst customer service and the worst credit card information service available from anyone I’ve ever had to deal with

The cashier by the name Cheryl was extremely polite and helped me during my check out !

Mrs. Yexenia makes you feel like you’re at the corner hardware shop. She asks how your day is, if you need help with anything, and even remembers your name. She truly is the best!

This is by far the best Home Depot I have ever been to. I am new to the neighborhood and I have never been acknowledged so much in a Home depot. Everyone was kind and super helpful.

There is always someone to help and everyone is super friendly and polite. The store is neatly organized and clean.

I’m happy the depot is open on weekends, work can’t stop.

Needed supplies to put up outdoor deck railing and stairs. Damon and Martyn made sure we had everything we needed. Very helpful!

friendly and generally helpful staff

I’m a long time client of homedepot and have been shopping at this location nearly three years. Not only their supply are organized and well stocked, their staff/floor staffs such as Maxine in flooring, Anthony, Kelley in appliances and many more are very knowledgeable and go all out to help. I’m very grateful.

Overall good experience in electrical , garden everyone was so friendly snd helpful. . Returns experience Moreno was rude not pleasant at all she did not great or smile at all . Just unpleasant experience.

cashier was very rude I purchased item price on shelf was different from price cashier rang up when I told her this she got all loud and talking about she has a college degree and don't know why she working there this is unacceptable conduct

I shop a lot of Home Depot’s Copiauge staff is the absolute best and always friendly. The check out staff I have come know well due to my many trips in the store weekly. Some of the nicest people working in this store.

Go to farmingdale store much better

The display of duraflame firelogs was disgusting, covered with bird feces, with all boxes broken, or otherwise damaged.

In my younger days, I guess I didn’t mind putting in an additional 2,000 steps just going to a Home Depo but now… you gotta wander around the store to find someone to help you, then they tell you that’s not their department & prices are not so user friendly these days! Does anyone know if Home Depo offers a Senior Discount for all the years we shopped there in our younger years? More Senior Friendly would be nice…cuz we still have to fix stuff!

Great store to shop in. Garden area was Fully stocked and the employees are extremely pleasant and helpful!

Came in yesterday to try and see if I should improve and remodel my home. Ki Lee was very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing! I can see that he is a great asset to the team, he did a very amazing/wonderful great job of explaining and making sure your needs are met. Again very grateful ! Will be coming back for sure more so in the future for more improvements !

One of Depots better location

This is the best Home Depot around. I felt like a VIP. From the moment I stepped into the store. I was greeted and every isle I went down. I was greeted and ask if I needed any help.
