An employee at the paint dept refused to tint a 5 gallon bucket of primer for me, he came up with numerous excuses not to do it! When I shared with him I've had paint tinted in this paint dept he called me a liar! Unfortunately I never got his name! . I would like to add I returned the next day with the primer and thankfully he was not working! An employee by the name of Queen in the paint dept gladly tinted the paint for me and treated me as a valued customer and even offered to darken the tint if I wasn't satisfied! I returned again to purchase two more gallons and Humphrey at the paint dept gladly tinted the primer for me and he was extremely busy working alone in the paint dept!

I went to Home Depot to purchase flowers, they had a great selection and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a great experience at Home Depot, they had everything I needed and all employees were very helpful.

Tim the assistant manager needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers, especially one who was trying to apologize for their lack of judgement and loosing their temper.

Although this store is not the closest to my home, I would travel to this store for my home improvement needs because you can always receive assistance when you have no idea what you are looking for or you need some expertise with a product. I love this location.

Never a shortage of helpful, courteous employees at this location and they’re even knowledgeable in their departments!! Great, consistent service each time I visit.

No matter what you are looking for in this store there is always someone to help you. This store is always clean and neat when I happen to be there. They must know I’m coming.

I have been going the above store since it was opened. It is near my house and conveniently located. It is completely well supplied. I have recommended this store to other customers. One more thing, the employees are very helpful in assisting when I need help.

The outside area with plants, wreaths and trees is well laid out making everything easy to find. The cashier, Eileen was friendly and helpful.

It's only 3 miles away. It's always stocked well and the staff has always been friendly and helpful to me.

Most items are either mixed with the wrong ones, in the wrong location or just not in stock. At least 40% of what I buy has to be returned because of fitment issues or it’s just defective. The quality Of products being sold across all Home Depot has gotten so bad that I won’t shop in any of their stores anymore unless I have no other option.

Easy access to handicap Parking, outstanding help finding products in a clean and well lighted store, and assisted by friendly well qualified help !

Convenient for Handicapped parking, and the HD employees are more then willing to help you !

Worst home depot on long island. Only go bc it is the closest to my house. Most employees have no intention of helping and you see it in their face as you walk by. Horrible experience yet again, only bright side was one employee who, when I asked another patron to excuse me, she turned around and smiled asking what I needed, she an older lady stocking shelves in the cleaning aisle. From now on I will make an attempt at going to the Farmingdale location. Much better customer service over there.

Don't deal with any other Home Depot store but Copiague on the south shore.. The Freeport store is a horror, between the miserable parking and the new layout of the store, half the time the items you look for are out of stock or just not in their proper locations and forget finding any help. Copiage is small enough to get help when you need it and check out is fast and easy..

Help is always available. Items are neatly stocked. On our latest visit to #1218, Michelle from the Outside Garden area was extremely fun and helpful. She helped us locate the items we sought. Michelle’s checkout speed was phenomenal. Another great Home Depot employee.

We prefer to shop at this store because we are always pleased with the helpful and friendly service we receive - management cares for the customers, which is evident. For many many years we have shopped for special keys, rented equipment, bought lumber, doors, floor tiles, lighting, paint, large appliances several times, gardening, and on and on. We hope the good service will continue at this store, and thank you.
