Clean, convenient, and well stocked. What can I say, I like "Big-Box" stores.

You need more employees available in stores to provide help!

The customer service, was great, but my disappointing moment, was when I was not granted, my military discount! I fill, that no matter how much I spend or your policy of buying in bulk, get a discounted price,that price if for everyone, everyone who visit the store, do not have a military ID, or was ever in the military. I am trying to upgrade my home for myself and family, I was looking forward to my military discounts.

This is a very god store in terms of stock and employee involvement. Great garden section as well

Customer satisfaction is getting worst, the store is crowed with items in the isles and the workers are not customer focused. Poor experience as best.

All employees I have had contact with at this location of Home Depot have been very nice, and customer friendly! The ones I dealt with last, helped me in the garden mart, and taught me about the plants I was interested in, showing they are knowledgeable about their jobs! Very helpful!

We visited this location a couple of days ago and WOW what a great variety and quantity of plants/flowers! Additionally, a very friendly gentleman in another area gladly offered help and answered our question.

Had what I needed and fast checkout.

It was the most pleasurable experience of all. Greg in Plumbing saw my dejected face and cheered me up. Requested a smile for a discount. By the time I left the store, I was happy. ☺️ However, it was short lived, he wished me a Good rest of my day! So after leaving the store, I could reflect on my great experience with a smile! Thank you Greg in Plumbing.

We have always been happy customers at your store and other Home Depot stores and felt the piece of shopping without the worry of doing something wrong.

Did not have all the items in stock at this store. Shauna helped me by ordering from the Slidell store off of I 10. Kathy there was very helpful as well.

This is my second visit in a couple of months, and the same thing, the forklifts usage and closing aisles impede you from having a pleasant shopping experience and making informed decisions. Associates want you to move and you could feel the pressure so they can get in with the forklifts. The noise of almost constant BEEP BEEP BEEP made me high tail it out of there. The back of the garden center was a mess and parts closed, same as last time. I would have spent more if I could have shopped at my leisure but not possible.

As a Roofing Contractor in this day and time with the pandemicAnd three hurricanes back to back it is extremely hard to get roofing materials anywhere in Louisiana. I must say Home Depot at the Covington branch has saved me on jobs and material availability more times than I can count! Home Depot is the only place to buy materials!

Great employees throughout the store. But the Pro Desk employees are always so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you

The service employees are good. Regina is excellent. Young man in electrical is good. Shelves are hit or miss, messy and items out of their places. Lowe’s does a better job in shelve house keeping.

I have shopped at this store several times. The employees have bent over backwards to help me. Thanks
