Outstanding service from start to finish. We especially liked the paint department associates who gave us good advice and increased our knowledge of what options there were to complete our project and perfectly matched our paint. Everything was easy to find and logically placed so it was easy to select related items. Checkout was easy and loading assistance completed our very positive experience.

People are very professional and friendly. Customer Service was awesome her name is Amy, she backed out our large purchase to give us a military discount it was quite a feat but she was a trouper and got it done. Kain is in floors and window coverings, he was great with our rather large purchase along with the great appliance woman! Thank you for a great experience!

Your employees, Salayna O and Shane S are very professional, helpful and friendly! Shane is very knowledgeable about construction, especially concrete, and has given us great tips and advice!

If I can figure out what I need by shopping online and then picking it up, or having it sent to me, I do that. Customer service is really great here and I'm happy to patronize them. The cashiers are generally pretty sharp, too, and pleasant. We recently purchased a display light fixture on a Sunday and the employee went over and above to get the item down for us. Very pleasant. Paint is hit or miss. Prepare to be ignored.

A great place to come for all of my building and repair needs. I would like to give a shout out for a all of the knowledgeable and friendly employees of our Crescent City Home Depot. My go to is Brett Swanson who always has the right info on everything. Candice in customer service and special orders and Karina the cashier. All of the cashiers are very helpful and friendly. Thanks Home Depot!

Horrible Customer Service. Associates were not helpful. I was not able to order a counter top after 4 visits as no one in the store was properly trained to do so. Will not be going back to this store.

I write this store a four-star store. What makes a store special are special people. Which the store has and now How this Home Depot is now truly part of our community.

Everything you need and more, some stuff hard to find on your own. Wouldn't it be cool to have an app for in the store like Google maps that would take you right to the product you're looking for?

The Crescent City Store is kept quite neat and organized. The people working there are friendly and some of them are very knowledgeable about product applications and advice on installation. I like going to the store and the checkout lines are customer friendly with very little wait time.

This store in particular is very clean and well stocked.

Plenty of parking and clean. Aisles are nice and wide and clean. And most of all the Staff are friendly and helpful and do not hesitate to help you. And I've seen other customers have a good attitude and never ever seen one dissatisfying customer. People are patient with each other as we are being assisted by staff.

Store staff was very helpful from the assistance on the floor all the way to the final checkout at the registers. Customer Service number 1 form greets, escorts and product knowledge Great Job Crescent City team you did an Awesome job!

This store is well stocked, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the prices are competitive. If they don't have it, they'll order it!

I visited this store twice on 08/14/18 and was very pleased each time with the service and knowledge of each and every store person I talked with. The store was neat and clean with well stocked shelves. I will certainly be back for shopping at this location!

I wish management would give the employees better training. While some employees are excellent, too many know very little about the products. Also, employees should not be texting on their phones while talking to customers. The garden center often has dead, dried out plants.

Great customer service! Pleasant and helpful.

Store has most home improvement tools and home improvement items. The issue I had was that people that are suppose to be helping were more interested in conversing with other employees and not paying attention to shoppers that needed help. Furthermore some young employees, when asked a question, had no clue what the item was or where to find it in the store. Overall my experience was good and I did get great help from the PRO desk person and checkout was fairly fast.

It is the only home improvement store that has everything for at least 100 miles in all directions. But I struggled to get a whole lot of cinder blocks onto a cart and several employees walked right past me and didn't ask if I needed any help. When I tried to stop one young man, he said he wasn't from that department and would send someone. Nobody ever came, so I ended up pushing that cart through the entire store to the check out stand. Then everyone thought I was crazy, having loaded it all and pushed it through the store.
