LOVE THEIR 1/2 PRICE OF XMAS SHRUBS TO LANDSCAPE MY BACKYARD.

Rude employees show little to no interest in helping I will not come back to this store

IF you can find a clerk, there is a good chance they won’t know what you are asking for. I’m better at finding things on their app. Only to go where the item is supposedly located—only it isn’t there.

It is hard to get around the store because large cardboard displays take up way too much aisle space.

I have shopped many Home Depot stores in California. Most in the Bay Area. Today I did some heavy shopping in the Crescent City, CA Home Depot up in Del Norte County. The service and care I received from the service counter and multiple employees was above and beyond any Home Depot I have ever shopped. I needed a lot of help today with off the shelf cabinets, windows, paneling , lighting etc and every employee in each department helped me get exactly what I needed, loaded my carts, took me through checkout and loaded my trailer. Super friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great day and I didn't have to hunt anyone down for help. Thanks to a lot of attentive, kind and aware employees.

Always find friendly and helpful staff. The garden section is an excellent place to visit, especially during lunch and on sunny days. The staff seems to enjoy working at this location. Raja is a wonderful cashier and works hard to keep customers and the garden section spotless.

I have been shopping at this home depot for 7 years. I think Crescent City is lucky to have it but I would like a little more care and attention in the garden department. mainly watering of the plants.I wonderer if the prices would not be so high if there was less waste in half dead plants being thrown away.I would also like to see a real recycling plant pot program for empty pots please.

Always find what I need at good prices and quality. Staff is helpful and curtious

The past few visits have been close to impossible to find help. Very frustrating!

I had a big shopping trip, with renovation needs for an old house. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Clean store, thoughtful pandemic protective devices. First time in a store since November 2019. So, this was an extra-special positive experience. THANKS, Crescent City Home Depot Employees-you are AWESOME!

The gal that was working at the paint dept at 330 pm was great! Give her my thanks for her advice. I think she was tall with glasses. Date: 6/28/22.

I bought blinds at Home Depot because they cut them to custom sizes. They had a great selection, including extra-large 72" blinds for our large windows. The price was very competitive and the quality very good. But the best part was that my salesperson Tom was incredibly helpful. He knows all about how to install blinds. I did not know they could be adjusted at the bottom to a custom height, and he showed me how to. This was outstanding service.

I have purchased for example a complete kitchen remodel, Complete carpet in 2 homes, new lawn mowers, seedeaters, numerous garden plants and supplies. etc.

I really appreciated the assistance provided by the staff since I am disabled.

Joey in the Lumber department went out of his way to help us, walked us around to find ALL items we needed. Some others that day just told you the isle and then I still couldn’t find as there is so much to see.

I bought my Refrigerator and dish washer there and absolutely love them and just replaced the filter to my water dispenser in the refrigerator door, which Home Depot had in stock.

I recently returned something - with receipt - but inquired if I didn't have the receipt could they have looked it up using my prorewards no. They not only answered that question but were good enough to let me know of a policy change on returns that was going into effect shortly. This information in advance was good to know and the consideration was appreciated.

It’s my favorite place to shop!!! The nursery has really improved this past year.

Was looking at the power tools. Associate Karen had already assisted another customer in the same area. She came back. She asked me if I needed help. I asked her questions about the tools. She was knowledgeable about them. Karen sealed the deal. I purchased the power tool I needed for the job I am working on. Thank you Karen.

I have been to this store on many occasions but my visit on 5/25/2021 was by far the worst as I made my purchase and let Mariah know I proudly served my country she said card???? I said I have my DD214 she didnt know what that was and wouldnt permit my discount even going so far as to go get a white binder saying those are only accepted on holidays WHAT???? Are u kidding me I finally asked for a manager and after some commotion and humiliation and some 30 min plus to check out numerous people shaking their heads my advice is get in line with someone who can appriceate someone who has served their country with DIGNITY AND RESPECT!!!!!

They need to hire more women. The women who work there are real go-getters and very helpful, especially Katdy and Ruth. Most of the men I've dealt with didn't seem to know what I was talking about and didn't care. I only recommend this store because of the small area we live in.

This store really has the feel of a community hardware store as opposed to a big box store. The staff are extremely helpful and patient. I do not live locally, and only utilize this store when I am in town working on my business. It shines way above the stores in my local area. Mark in paint was amazing at helping me get my cabinets painted and actually has expertise in the area. Every cashier has been patient with me, even on complex return items. Normally I would never think to give a review to a big box store (not that they need them) but I think credit is due with this store.

God forbid you be a young female shopping at homedpot. Even though I might look a little out of place doesn't mean I have the intentions of stealing anything! I'm not discriminating against the young female worker who followed me very obviously and rudely up to the checkout stand. None of your other workers felt the need to treat me that way. Why would a fellow young female feel the need? I know girls judge other girls the harshest but dang that didn't feel good!

Sales rep. MITCH was absolutely wonderful! He did all he could do to make my shopping experience a positive one! If everyone was like him this store slash world would be a wonderful place! I came in to get a air powered ridgid finish nailer. Mitch looked on his scanner and said there was one in stock. Well he looked and there wasn't one. He helped me look for a similar one to the one I originally wanted, we couldn't find one. We found a battery powered ridgid finish nailer similar to the air one that was a bit more money but Mitch knocked some money off of it since the one I wanted wasn't available as it says it was. I didn't ask him to do this. Generally just a nice friendly guy that went above my expectations to help me find and get what I came for. Thank you Mitch, and home depot management, keep this guy! He's a huge asset to your store!

The Home Depot in Crescent City has improved quite a bit over the last year from a year ago when I first moved here with my little family. I find that if I start out at customer service to find out where products are, I do much better when I hope to snag an employee on the way to looking for what I need. On a survey I just took, I recommended allocating space for a computer lab with intranet for doing in-store product searches with tutorial videos loaded on the computers for all the do-it-yourself projects that would require the local stores available tools and products. I find that the service desk and checkout areas are usually sources of great services. However, I believe ways to make people less reliant on floor help would benefit both the customer and the store.
