I really enjoy homedepot each and every time I go in there. I can spend hours just looking and dreaming what I could do if I had the resources to fix my house.

I went to purchase some brick faced bricks for my sidewalk. There were only two left on the shelf and I needed 30 bricks. I asked an associate to help me. He immediately called for assistance and within 30 seconds he and another associate came to area where I needed help. A pallet from the top shelf had to be lowered. The forklift ran out of battery and a backup had to be called for. These two gentlemen were awesome, courteous and willing to assist. I also work in retail with guests and that is the type of service I strive to offer my guests on a daily basis. It was awesome and refreshing to see the same at the Home Depot. Thanks!

Never fail shopping at Home Depot. Could find everything I needed plus a few things I saw har I didn't even know I needed! It's become a ritual to sho Home Depot every Sunday.

I was able to walk in, ask an associate where the door i needed was and he directed me directly to it. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes!

I think it would be wise to use signs other than paper to label correct prices in the lawn and garden area. When it rains it ruins the signs and then you have to find an associate with a scan gun to quote you the correct price. Also we'd looked up mulch at homedepot.com and we picked out a mulch with appropriate price and quantity but it wasn't available at the store we shopped at.

Despite repeated trips at various times of the day and week, the associates are unfailingly courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. No matter which section I'm currently visiting, the associate there can direct me to any another area if needed.

Do not enter the store 10 minutes before they close because you will be asked to leave in a rude way. They will also follow you and tell you that you need to leave.

Great help when deciding what type of paint to use and tools necessary to do the job right

Nursery people need to know more about basic gardening. also, need to be honest about their responses to the customers. If you don't know anything about the plant material - then say so, and offer to find someone that does know the answer to their questions. You need to know what zone Lubbock is in and what perenials can survive in this zone.

Great selection of merchandise. Found all my remodling items. Store attendants were very helpful and knowledgable.

Stopped by to purchase plants for my wife for Mother's Day Gift. Nice selection, helpful staff, and good price.

I love this store, because I know that when I walk in the door, someone is ready to help. The store manager is highly visible and eager to help the customers.

I am very pleased with the service I received in the nursery. I had several associates including the store manager helping me find and choose the items I needed. I was so pleased when every item I had chosen was waiting at the cashiers counter while I was getting other items in the store. Great Job! These associates went above and beyond on service.
