Customer assistance here takes way too long. Had to reach out for assistance 3 times and waited almost an hour before I was able to track down an employee in another area to assist me. Giving 1 star because zero stars is not an option.

Poor customer service. I left the store with the impression the employees did not want to help me.

I can generally always find everything I need to take care of and complete my projects. If I need help there's someone with knowledge in every department. The Home Depot is my go to store for all my home projects

I bought a washng machine and other products for diy

I am an 80 yr old widow and needed a mower that would be easier to operate! Have used the RYOBI battery powered and it’s great so far! Easy to use.and mows great

I went in to pick up online orders and by a battery charge blower. I was very happy with John, curbside gentleman that helped with our order and purchase.

the aisles are so blocked you can hardly walk. had to search the store and ask for help several times before someone took my order.

I was shopping for more Ryobi cordless tools, which HD has a great selection. Justin was such a great help; he pulled all my tools and Allaine & Taylor helped check me out. They were so nice and patient getting my order processed. You have some great employees at this location; do what you can to keep them. They impressed me with their knowledge and helpfulness!

Store Employees at this HomeDepot on 50th Street are so much more helpful and friendly than the other HomeDepot in Lubbock they really seem to enjoy their job

Our air conditioning went out and we went to the store to get another. The one we wanted happened to not be in stock so knowing how hot it's been and seeing the need they were able to price match one for us. All the workers that helped us were amazing but the ones I got names for were Joe and Elisa. Thank y'all so so much.

I bought a water heater from this location and the cashier went above and beyond to explain their warranty process and helped load my product. Need more employees like him.

The Garden Center at this Home Depot was managed by a handsome young man who was extremely considerate. His name was Chris, and he went out of his way to assist me, an old lady just trying to finish up my yard work. Thank heaven for him!
