Home Depot is nearby and has everything I need to maintain my old house, so I shop frequently. For a couple years HD has allowed customers to bring pets inside. As a pet owner I don't think it's a place for pets, but suppose others can't bear to be without their mutt for a while. Lately the store has resembled a pet store rather than a home improvement store. It is difficult to get my materials and get out because it is now a gauntlet of stranger's dogs getting in the way and smelling my own pets on me.

Exceptional Customer Service.

Our local Sandy Home Depot is always the first place I think of when I need something for the house. They generally have what I need in stock and are helpful to give advice.

My wife and I had a great experience as we were looking to remodel our kitchen and countertops. The associate had great knowledge and understanding of what we were trying to accomplish. I’ve been in construction for 35 years and this Home Depot had great associates with knowledge.

I have found the employees in the Sandy, Utah store to always be friendly and eager to assist me if I have needs or questions. The store appears to always be well managed and stocked. That is the store I always frequent when I have need for home use products.

Pay attention to the new "return policy" You get reduced value on everything you return unless it is "ALL THE ITEMS ON THE RECEIPT" If you will accept that keep shopping here.

This home depot is significantly faster than the Midvale store. Customer service is also more friendly.

I finally met Manager Amanda at my store. She organized pleasant and I live near other HD, but prefer this store, hours, layout stock and Miss-tint paint, 70% off scrap.... I do small jobs an this works for me. David

I've received a lot of great advice from the employees at this location. Many of them are very experienced in their respective industries and very willing to take time out from their ongoing tasks to help customers. This location in Sandy is a bit smaller than other locations, but also a lot less crowded. Checkouts are typically fast and easy. I shop at this location more than any other and highly recommend it.

I had a problem with a snow blower I order on the Black Friday sale. Checked on it and Kathleen couldn't find the order. She said let me see what I can do. She got with Kathleen, Bobbie, Gregg and Jody. They found a comparable snow blow in the store they would sell me for the same price. thanks to my friends at the store I got what I needed no hassle. Customer for life

The Sandy store is always clean and neat. No cluttered isles.I can find things easily and there is always someone to help me and give advice for a project.

I went into the Sandy Home Depot store last weekend and received the best customer service I have ever experienced. Sarah and Kathleen at the service desk were very friendly and quick to offer their assistance in my purchase of a Weber Grill. I will make this my main store. My local Home Depot was out of the item I wanted, so I called this store, since the computer said they were the only other store that had it. Although I have not been in the store, I got great customer service over the phone! I live 1-1/2 hours away (3 hr round trip) & they were able to have me pay over the phone, hold my item & pick it up later in the week when I would be in town!

I've had nothing but good experiences working with the people at this Sandy store. I spend about $2K to $3K every year at the store (not including some major appliance purchases) on home maintenance, home improvement, and nursery/garden supplies. Great people and a great store.
