I have been using Home Depot for more and more shop supplies, pricing is good and inventory is good.

Pat and John do a great job at the ProDesk. Matt and Bill helped my company tremendously with a delivery

Usually don't go to this Home Depot but needed a dehumidifier and was passing by so I decided to stop in. Immediately was greeted by a associate, Rob, who promptly helped me locate the dehumidifier and explain the difference (I was not sure what size I needed). After that he gladly showed me the exact hoses I needed and also recommended some tools to make the install easier. I did not realize I needed extra hosing so he saved me a trip back to the store. He was extremely patient with all my questions and answered all of them. Definitely will make this my new go to Home Depot and will seek out Rob again for help.

Associate couldn’t find shelving stock even though it showed product availability. Also, a specific flooring sample on the wall was mislabeled with the wrong product name and code. I asked the associate to verify it and it was mislabeled.

If you go to HD look for Pete. He is a US VET and knows his stuff. Actually trained me in the store, on how to install a shut off valve. Not show me, had me do it.

The manager of the Garden Supply dept. took the time to explain the various weed-whackers to me, and helped me choose the best one for my needs. Brett was very friendly and helpful, and assured me if I had any problems with my purchase he would be there to follow up and help me.

We went to the store knowing what we needed (a grill), but had a hard time finding somebody to help us get it. I decided to go through the customer service line, where we indicated what product we wanted and the cashier (who WAS friendly) ran my credit card right away and said that the grill would be right out. We waited for THIRTY SEVEN MINUTES, with only one update, which was "they're working on it." With no indication that there was an end in sight, I went up to another customer service cashier (the one we had originally seen had been on the phone for about 10 minutes at this point) and said that we couldn't wait any longer. He immediately gave us a refund, but offered no apology at all. This whole time, there had been between 5 and 7 customer service representatives at the counter, mostly just standing around. It seems to me that maybe it would be worth Home Depot's while (and customer satisfaction) to train some of these people to work in the warehouse area getting what people need.

Frazer store is amazing, the garden center is very well staffed and organized. I love the self check out, but the associates are always so friendly.
