Associate was extremely helpful. Was concerned about spending too much and that we bought what we were comfortable with.

this store is always well-stocked and the associates who work here are helpful, friendly and ready to assist with my questions and in locating products. the check out is super easy and fast too.

I know very little when it comes to hardware , plumbing items, etc. The associates at this store always are very helpful in explaining and are always very friendly. The cashier greeted me with a smile and was very courteous.

As always the store has what you need and at a great price. the staff is quite helpful. the rest rooms are clean. they just need a little café where you could buy coffee etc.

I was shopping for washer, I've went to hhgreg, best buy, lowes to cpmpare the price and function for the washers... the final stop is EHT home Depot., then i met the friendly and knowledgeable Richard Fedeli the Appliance Specialist.. after his detail explanation and patience listen to me..help me to make the right purchase...the LG washer with 4.9 cu.ft.. also, the good price.. now, i enjoy to do my laundry... Thanks again Richard

I wanted to express how great the service was, in particular, Rich who guided me to making the right selection for purchase. I have had prior assistance from this man in the past, he very knowledgeable, kind and dedicated. Great guy.

Although I knew what I had to buy, I was not sure which light fixture for the kitchen. Assistance from an associate was helpful. But more so, was selecting the T-8 bulbs. So, he took me to a display with lights on that should their brightness. THAT helped alot. I came home and replaced my new light fixture with the new T-8 bulbs...I'm HAPPY !!!

In both depts we shopped in on a recent Saturday morning, finding a sales associate was like pulling teeth...and FINALLY, when we had located 1, although pleasant and polite, neither had any knowledge about the products or depts they were working in. Had been there just 2 days before, spoke with a different sales associate (in window treatments) and was given conflicting instruction from the subsequent visit. On this visit as well as the last, we were promised phone calls from HD for home visits (the first was received after 4 days...haven't heard on the second yet!) . The only contact made at our home was by a salesman from some solar heating co. who accosted us while we (theoretically) were being assisted by a HD employee. I've never written any review for any place of business before, but this was a nightmare.

I was so happy with the associate that helped me pick our new kitchen faucet, Glacier Bay/White. She was very knowledgable and made the choice an easy one!!

I needed directions to locate the item I wanted to purchase. I asked the first associate I came in contact with and he knew exactly where the item was located. My cashier was outstanding very enjoyable experience!!!!!!!!!!!!
