I found both Rita and Becky at this store extremely helpful and knowledgeable for my kitchen remodel. Both answered all my questions and concerns that I had . You need to have more people like that on your team!

Stopped in to get some yardwork supplies. The place looks well organized. I've worked the soil and we're waiting for that last frost before we start putting stuff in the ground.

Went to buy light bulbs. The bulbs were wrongly marked or placed by an incorrect price. Had the manager check the price and she didn't help nor did she fix the price so I was able to capture a picture of the wrongly priced item after the manager went to look. We had to get another manager to adjust the price for us. The entire process took way too long.

CSR desk woman was very dismissive, and barely willing to help. She definitely did not want to be at work today. The ladder that I came for could not be located in the store

Got our live tree today, lots of help, friendly help.

Visited many times, still will continue to. The store is always clean, stocked, and the employees are helpful and kind!

I first went to the website. There I found what I was looking for and it was in stock. An Associate directed me to the aisle and there it was! Fortunately, I knew the store’s physical location (Egg Harbor Township).

Wife and I were at the Egg Harbor Township New Jersey Home Depot! Will inside the store we had an excellent customer experience with Randy.R from tools! Really nice and helpful! Thank you for Randy for being there for us!

Dave in flooring was amazing

This was my first experience at this store. I asked the employee in the Garden Shop where the items were located that Inwas looking for. She took me directly to the bulbs and went inside the store and brought me the bag of bone meal that I requested. It was an excellent experience…. Light years better than my local store in Owings Mills, Maryland which I no longer go to due to poor customer service…. It was a wonderful difference in the EHT store.

Items are easy to find and if not, there is always someone to help!

We worked with Dave in flooring and we were very impressed with his knowledge! He explained everything that we needed to know, and was extremely nice and professional. He deserves credit for going over and above to explain everything! We will work with him again on another project.

Not in all cases, but at times anything i can't fit in my car carry a high delivery cost. Some things that are delivered cost more then the product(s) themselves. it's either that or I have to rent a HD vehicle to do it myself. Delivery costs should be based on what was being delivered ; say a % the cost of the products and should be done by a HD employee unless the load is very large or require a special license. With a few dollars included for the vehicle use. They have to load it anyway so why not deliver it? I have ordered items that would fit one of your trucks but it came on an 18 wheeler flat body truck. A bit of overkill in more ways then 1.

Products reasonably priced and usually of good quality. However customer service on the floor of the store is a disgrace. Floor employees need retraining or termination

I went to the Egg Harbor store for 2 reasons - to buy Miracle-Gro LiquaFeed and Damp Rid. Unlike most of my experiences shopping at Home Depot, the people in the garden center were absolutely unhelpful. The website said there were 11 4-packs on hand, but I couldn’t find any. When I asked a worker who was right nearby in that department for help, he just told me to look in a different aisle, and went back to whatever he was doing.

I went to my local Home Depot to pick up supplies for a project I was starting, I needed to get some 4 x 8 sheets of plywood cut. The store wasn’t busy, but the associate, Charles, who helped me was super friendly and helpful, even though it seemed like he was multitasking with a few different customers at the time. He was more than happy to cut the sheets of plywood for me and help load them onto my cart. The cashier is upfront, were also super helpful in assisting me with checkout, as the two by fours had barcodes on them that were difficult to scan. I asked to speak to the store manager just to tell him about my experience, and he offered a couple times to assist me with loading everything onto my car. I declined, but I certainly appreciated the offer. Great experience at this Home Depot thanks to the great people that work there!

This Home Depot is my favorite store in the area. It has a great inventory that matches what I find on the website to the exact spot when I want to do comparison shopping. Online & pickup ordering is a great feature too. My only complaint is how understaffed the store is many days especially in busy departments, hardware, paint, electrical. If the corporation is too cheap to hire a lot more employees I suggest a few knowledgeable people to walk throughout the store into each department to help out. as needed as roamers. Just saying.

Thank goodness Home Depot is only five minutes away. It seems we go there once every week.

Get some cashiers to help out the old senior citizen veterans You have enough people there doing nothing but talking..

It's like going to the grocery store when you're hungry, I go there for one thing that I need and end up buying more than I need.

A. I will never buy an LG product again B it too disputing payment on credit card and threading to get attorney involved before Home Depot finally agreed to pick up unit from my condo. I indicated that would work only if I could find replacement of equal quality for equal or less cost to me. I reluctantly purchased a lesser rated range. Home Depot needed to stand up and do the right thing immediately once gas Co issued the do not use tag. It took way too long and only agreed to pick up appliance once I stopped payment. The Hone Depot response to my problem was quite poor and had Aaron not been somewhat compassionate about my issue, I was prepared to purchase elsewhere. Review to follow once new replacement appliance is installed.

I wanted to give hd money but they only want a deaf person to call.

Have been shopping at this location for decades and they usually have what I need. Also, the assistants can be very helpful as well.

Everyone I came in contact were very pleasant and helpful especially Kim who helped us with our kitchen cabinets. She was extra helpful and super kind to my dog Holly.

Delivery was awfull. They just try to stick with their change
