An establishment is incomplete without efficient and caring personnel. Hailee, is an awesome employee who is an asset to the company who works in this particular store in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ. She is efficient, knowledgeable, caring, finds solutions for the customers and goes an extra mile to make customer happy. Her professionalism and devotion to the company and to the customers is very commendable. She went above and beyond to take care of all the issues I had with my online orders and fixed them with a smile.

Tile area is always updating the products. I do not need to go to a tile store.

Always enjoy shopping here: great selection, prices, and knowledgeable staff in general. Love the paint department!

First - I had to re-write this review because they didn’t accept the original one. They said it didn’t meet their guidelines; in other words, I don’t have the freedom to let other people know that I very much disliked the way they handled my LAST order; apparently I’m not supposed to go into detail. Anyway, Customer service isn’t helpful at all, they really like to say “oh I’m sorry, there’s nothing I can do” Therefore, I didn’t get the assistance I needed. That’s a shame, because my husband and I own a construction company, we are always building and renovating and from now on we will be taking our business elsewhere.

All Home Depot stores are helpful, I usually shop in the Cherry Hill or Berlin stores. With a home in Ocean City I have frequented the Egg Harbor store. Purchases there usually require assistance and the people not only help with the selection but offer suggestions to save us money as well. Got an entry door last year and were so pleased we just purchased a second door for the garage. They make it so easy and steer us away from mistakes. I’ll be back.

Location, Location, Location. Great location with plenty of parking along with a large drive-up area (under roof) to load materials. And so much more.

Extremely clean all ok

Tried to purchase Smart Home lights. Employee supposedly placed them all in the incorrect spot and they wouldn't honor the displayed price. When I became slightly frustrated, They told me "they know the games you people play"...

This store is always messy, especially around lumber and garden depts, where aisles are usually cluttered. The cashier Chara was not remotely friendly.

Pleasantly located, with a large parking lot, easy entrance and exits. Large selection in stock.

This store as well as other Home depots are laid out quite nicely. Aisles well marked, shelves for the most part have plenty of materials. Staff is friendly, helpfull, although there are those in any retail store that will not make the important eye contact .The eue contact will let the employee know if that individual more than likly will need assistance. Of course a greetings is in order.

Always great shopping here. I can't remember ever having to wait long for an employee for help or as a cashier and despite me being awful at describing what I need, staff have always steered me to exactly what I needed.

The Home Depot #0930 in Egg Harbor Township has a Great location with a Large selection in stock "To Get the Job, Done Right". Unsure! For those, there are plenty of friendly-willing HD store associates and a help desk, ready to assist.

I needed help finding chalk paint and a type of paint to whitewash brick. A male employee in the paint department was extremely helpful in finding these items and also finding the type of paint brushes I would need to use these types of special paints.

I left a bag of products I purchased and an employee was extremely helpful in finding it.

Best store at there !! Employees are super nice and helpful. And the selection was a amazing. Definitely going to recommend this store.

Tyler in Flooring was amazing and made our experience extremely enjoyable. He helped us through every facet of our flooring needs. The store was clean and well-stocked. Even though we visit the store pretty late in the night due to our work hours, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. What a great experience with every visit. Kudos again to Tyler in Flooring!!! A+++

This store has the BEST employees. It's clean & has everything I need.

Probably the worse Home Depot I’ve experienced. Lack of salespeople on the floor for questions and bad attitudes from some department employees (specifically Laurie in appliances). The saving grace is the Customer Service people - specifically Hailee - who is friendly, helpful and willing to pick up the slack for employees who can’t do their jobs with a positive attitude
