I worked with Bobbi to pick out and order window treatments for my home. She is amazing. She took time to listen and really understood the vision for my project. She offers great suggestions and truly wants you to have a positive experience. I strongly suggest working with Bobbi for any of your window or flooring needs.

The store was exceptionally clean. The sales associate who assisted us was beyond exceptional. I’ve gone to other HD stores within the last 48 hrs. and the customer service was poor, but not at the Enfield HD. This is definitely my go to HD store from here on out.

Tommy in Electrical was great, very patience and knowledgeable and was very funny! Frankie gave me some information for a door, very sweet and showed that he cared about me! Store was very clean, managers were ready to assist and the cashiers are super friendly!

This Home Depot has a lot guy that is amazing. No other HD has a guy like this, or an employee this good. They should. He probably makes $15 an hour but deserves $25. And I go to many HD’s, West Springfield, Wilbraham, Manchester, Westfield.....this guy should teach a class.

I was requesting a price match to their online store price and I was belittled. Glen, a manager, flat out said they didn't price match their own .com price. I asked him if the service desk would know more. Deb, the cahier ringing me out, said they would probably know more. So we took a stroll to the service desk. Glen jumped on the computer and came back, "No, we don't do that." I asked him to show me or print out where he read that. Guess, what. He couldn't find it. He just flat out lied to me. As a customer who is trying to get the most for their money, we are familiar with their policy. Glen had to call Steve the store manager over. After back and forth discussion, he said he would be able to do it. In the end, the price match never happen. Deb, Janet and Steve were great. Glen, I think he needs to know the policy before speaking out with affirmation. He got caught lying. I ended up ordering online. Only recommending this store because I don't believe one bad apple ruins the bunch, I'd stay away from Glen though. About 45 minutes wasted in the store.

Shawna in appliances was the best thing about the store. Friendly, helpful give her a big raise!!

The team goes out of their way to be helpful or find someone who can help you. I shop in store often and also use the pick up in store option. Customer service is good.

I purchased a carpet and the person who helped me, Vickie, was very pleasant, patient with me, and very helpful. I purchased a couple of other things and had to ask other personnel where the things were and they were very helpful and took me right to those things. The store was very clean.

Clean store, with items I needed not available at other stores!!

I found all the items I needed for my at home chores. There were many employees for answering questions: I had at least 4 or 5 throughout the store. They were all friendly and knowledgeable in the different departments I visited. Also they had products I could not find elsewhere. And finally I was comfortable being there during a busy Saturday afternoon considering these pandemic times.

Extraordinary store; excellent service; friendly personnel; never, ever had a bad shopping experience. Return of one (1) product without question. Products readily available, even in the height of a season. I have never had a thought about going to another, similar type store. You really cannot beat this place.

Cellular Blinds a Plenty! I had a huge project in getting blinds for my windows. I am not excited about how much they cost (ridiculously high and the discounts need to be improved); however, LASHARIE was awesome. I recommend seeing her for your window treatment needs and flooring. She is very pleasant, down to earth, and will go above and beyond for you. Lasharie made spending that kind of money bearable. When you are being dealt with properly, spending the money is not all that bad. STILL expensive, but she was great and would work with her again. Thank you Lasharie!

If you are thinking about going to HD to purchase a tool, DON’T! You will wait over 30 minutes for the clerk with the key to help and unlock the display, and give an attitude like I was disturbing her. Check other stores on line first and go there to buy your new tool.

Good place for blinds Bobbi was very helpful

I enjoy going there and seeing how helpful the associates are. It seems like a family there. I often witness the staff being called by first names by customers in friendly ways and the staff greet customers by name as well.

I live in Massachuetts but I go out of my way to go to the Enfield Ct store. Everyone there is courteous and helpful no matter how busy the store is. The shelves are always stocked and orderly. I think the management has a great team at this store and management is doing it right. Great customer service !!!

We went to purchase a fridge, and the salesman was great. However, they some how lost our order and had to reschedule our delivery. The new delivery date is 42 days past our original date. To say sorry about that is ok, but this situation is really unacceptable. No one we have spoken to has done anything about this, except to say sorry. As a national chain, I expect more than a simple apology. With modern ordering systems and over night freight, I am positive they could do better, if they wished. I am hoping someone at Home Depot will make this right.

Clean store, knowledgeable employees. I was able to complete the business I went to do in a relatively quick time. What more can I ask for?
