The Home Depot in Eugene shines. I had an associate help me shop and find all of my items ($2000+) with in 1.5 hours. I had a deadline and this employee stayed with me the whole time. This included shopping, searching the computer for different lumber prices, creating a couple different plans for picking up some merchandise at a different store in another town. Having an answer for every question, maintaining a continuous happy demeanor during even the grueling times! And actually stayed 15 minutes past closing time to make sure that all my needs were met. And all the time managing other employees and duties needs that she was in charge of without leaving me once. Super great experience.

An a-ok store, some departments don't have much selections but at least most items are easier to find and are cheaper than Jerry's Home Improvement stores.

associate may be hard to find But the ails are clean and wide . And Home Depot have fairly good prices compared to Lowes

Cashiers were friendly and the associate availability was great. I was able to find what I was looking for and move quickly through. I really enjoyed my time at the store today.

I have had trips to this store on multiple occasions. I can find an associate very easily to help with what I need. The Pro Desk here is much more attentive than any I have visited in the state. They have top notch associates working in this area and can cut down on my time away from site by a substantial amount compared to their competitors. It's worth the Delta area traffic for the customer service.

Oh and don't even think of ordering something online; my vanity was broken in two different places. The sales associate was so rude and couldn't help me. Employees chatting, standing around, but if you're in need of help they are no where to be found. Off the top of my head, I witnessed at least 10 employees slacking and only 1 employee that looked like he was happy to be there.

As a facilities maintenance mgr. I am always looking for parts and at competitive pricing. Home Depot usually has what I need and pricing is fair. My goal when shopping for parts and materials is to get the most I can from every trip to the or 1 stop shopping as much as possible, which is why I always consider Home Depot 1st.
