My sister and I were shopping for storage totes and mouse traps. They were out of the 'sale price' totes, but had many on the top shelf. We waited over 30-minutes for an associate with a forklift to arrive and than several additional minutes while other associates (previously standing around) moved numerous grills out of the area so the forklift could maneuver. It was obvious this person did not know how to use one. And "Omar" who had been paged many times to do this, was hiding out on the garden patio. I know this as I went out there to get a flower pot. He watched as I took a rake to retrieve two from an upper rack and than 'offered to help' me get it down when the rake "got stuck"! We than were told at the register (the cashier's 2nd day on the job) that the TOMCATT disposable bait stations (we found in the CLEARANCE section), were NOT in the computer. He called over a 'floor associate' who said the item had been 'removed' from the computer system. We were purchasing over 30 of these traps, but were told by this floor associate that we COULD NOT purchase them because they were no longer in the HD system. Now I asked him: 'how can an item be removed from your system, when you still have them in STOCK"! He could NOT answer this question. At no time did either of us become belligerent or disrespectful, but he knew we were getting very upset at this point; especially after just waiting for the totes for 45 minutes. He offered to 'give us' each ONE. My sister told him, we did not want a give away, but to purchase 40 or so on the counter. My sister went back to the rack and took a cell phone picture of the sign and showed it to this same floor associates. He offered to show us other traps, but my sister said we wanted these as they were 'disposable'. He then had the audacity to ask why we needed so many mouse bates in the first place!!! HELLO...WHAT BUSINESS WAS THAT OF HIS???? We were both stunned and 'dumb-founded' by this extremely rude individual and were in the store for over one hour. I have had my account at HD for many years and have NEVER been so humiliated! It will be a 'long time' before I set foot in a HD again. I will shop at LOWES!

My husband and I were shopping for a washer and dryer and Avery helped us from start to finish, he even rung up our purchase! Avery took the time to talk about the appliances that we were purchasing and the various warranty plans that were offered. He provided the highest level of customer service and for that he should be commended. We will be loyal Home Depot shoppers for life!

I had to return wood to the store because the pieces were not cut to my requested measurements (I guess I should have measured once they were cut, but I assumed he cut as I requested). So hauling the wood back to the store for another try, again there were slants to the cuts that would make creating my bookshelf less than perfect. In comes Taye Ramet. I think part of the problem is the horizontal saw vs. user error for my previous cuts. Taye was assisting customers on the vertical saw. He corrected the mismeasured cuts, and really made my project easier to complete. He measured multiple times, cut, and then handed me the measuring tape to ensure that I was getting exactly what I asked for. VERY VERY helpful. Thx Taye!

I was delighted with the service from store associates. I was greeted by one female associate who led me to the area where my product was located. Then she went and found the expert for that area to help me. When Coco (the associate for that area) arrived, he knew exactly where the item was, and offered to install it for me. I had the device with me and was happy that he was able to get it working, quickly and easily. It required a special tool which he went and got when a screwdriver didn't work. I had stopped going to this store a couple of years ago because of a bad experience with an associate. Only recently returned because it's the closest one. I'm back for good!

We got in and out of the store pretty quickly considering what we were buying. Overall, it was a good trip.

I purchased a Christmas light display and found that it the item had obviously been returned, had dried and crusted dirt all over it, was stuffed incorrectly back in the box, and not complete. This wasted my valuable time and is pure sloppiness on the part of the store not checking items it restocked.

I'd like to point out that at times certain items that are listed in stock at the seven corners location, are NOT in stock. Additionally, it would be helpful to customers that if an item is no longer in stock that a label indicating that that item is not in stock or on back order be placed next to the SKU label on the shelves, so that customers aren't wasting their time and that of associates looking for items that aren't even in the store.

This was absolutely the BEST experience I have EVER had in the many years I have visited this store!! The sales associate, William Copeland, is without question a GREAT asset to this store. His assistance was priceless and because of all the information, advise and recommendations, I will use Home Depot to install and help with many of the present and future projects.

I love this Home Depot, everybody is really kind and willing to help you. I always shop at this store and never been disappointing. I also celebrated my son's birthday there, OMG, the best experience, Jill is like an angel, she made my son's birthday a great experience. I am really grateful with the birthday team. Also the kids workshops are amazing.

The associates at this location are very rude. Aisles are to cluttered, items all over the floors. Clean up the parking area, maybe offer some trash cans.

Web site research helped out; easy to find items I needed. Would like more selection of pots for indoor plants. Some of the aisles are pretty crowded.

Amongst the holidays with special offers all around the stores there was order and helpful associates willing to help all around the store.

A special shout out to Chesea Graham who went above and beyond the call of duty to answer my many questions when purchasing a major appliance in the evening on the phone during Black Friday. She made the experience very enjoyable and knew what she was talking about. I'm sure she was tired after a busy day, but that didn't keep her from being super courteous and helpful. You should promote her!

People are very friendly, but it can be a bit difficult to get help at times or find someone who can actually answer your question.

This is an urban store. That means that parking is at a premium. Come with patience!

Store is filthy, associates can be rude, isles are constantly blocked, bad parking. Overall bad store

My closest HD, so I have been shopping there for well over a decade. Staff are uniformly excellent, friendly and helpful, which keeps me coming back. The problem is that so many items are always out of stock -- inexcusable in this era of computerized inventories. To be fair, I have run into the same problem (but less so) with the HD in Merrifield. Parking is generally convenient, but the garage is incredibly dark (Merrifield is much better). Needs a lot more light.

Well, they had moved alot of their stock around since I was there last, so I needed to know where they had put what I needed-- each time a store associate was able to tell me. I especially appreciated the help given to me (Nov 11, around 9:15 am) by the lady who was in the front of the store working on something-- she stopped what she was doing, and took me to TWO different areas where I could find shop rags and cleaning rags, Many thanks!!

Brian Poggio in flooring was very helpful when ordering laminate and carpeting. If you need to order, he's your go-to guy, very efficient, knowledgable and friendly!

Moges, in lumber, helped me SO much today. I really appreciate his knowledge of the lumber department. He was able to help me locate 7 different types of lumber that I needed and helped me choose the pieces and made sure they were cut correctly. He was extremely patient as I went down my list and also helped extra as I had to attend to my 9 month old son I was holding. Thank you, Moges!!!

This store has a team full of knowledge and it is fully stocked. and the items are in the RIGHT LOCATION. Now if that doesnt send you to it..nothing will.
