Went to the location to purchase an impact driver and the associate was just unnecessarily rude and condescending

I have made many purchases over a span of time exceeds 15 years.Today I have purchased a Samsung 6.0 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Gas Range where I have saved almost $350. a great saving in addition to the courteousness of the staff who helped me in my choice

Bought ear muffs. I guess I didn’t pay enough attention to the price tag. I though it was $7, but was $20 at check out.

Great return policy, helpful employees, good sales, ample selection.

Taye is the 19 year veteran that does it with his dedication to customer service and overall knowledge.

I always come to this store because has everything.

I purchased a tank lever for the toilet. The price on the shelf is $8.49, but it rang up as $8.97. Since I used a Home Depot "store credit" card, so the cashier kept on asking for my ID. I pointed out to her about the price discrepancy several times, but she kept on ignoring me. At the end, I asked her if the price discrepancy is important, but my guess that her answer was No. I was in a hurry, so I paid $8.97 plus tax and left. I think that the Home Depot is no longer the stores that I have known. I will shop somewhere else if I can.

I know this store is terribly busy on weekends. I went early one Wednesday and got helped to the location of my purchase as soon as I entered the store. I was pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I needed right away. The cashier was quick and friendly. Every employee I passed acknowledged the lady who took me upstairs and said hello to me. I was pleased with my experience. Thank you.

I had a question at 3 different aisles and each person was intelligent and delightful

The Customer Service/Returns associate (Ricardo) went above and beyond in securing a refund for an item that was purchased by my daughter in another city/state. He took the time (almost 30 minutes) and effort to find the actual invoice and receipt information and to transfer the refund amount to my daughter's credit card account. Exceptional service!

Seila was really helpful, she help me with the Home Depot app and I was able to use my perks.

Stopped at Falls Church Home Depot today to pick up some topsoil. Then I saw the plants and ended up buying five perennials plus four bags of garden soil and topsoil--all for $95.75. An employee directed me on how to find a bulb planter I was looking for. On to work in my yard!

The majority of staff do not know anything about the store products and could care less that they are not helpful

Bought a little brick-- took it to the register -- the woman took forever to look it up -- did not understand the simple explanation I gave her -- I even SPELLED the name of the product and she got it wrong-- I left and went to another register - the guy there took a LITTLE less time looking up that little brick - they both had to use the register/computer and THEN their handhelds - this was a ridiculous circus for a product under $2. ALSO -- one wandering young man - employee - told me offhandedly where to search for a certain product and it was not at ALL there -- he DID NOT know where the stock was and sent me on a wild goose chase.

This store is a mess, literally. The parking lot is full of junk and inventory. There are carts all over the place and rarely is a loader ever available. I went to get 12 keys made and the machine was broken. Overall, horrible experience.

The woman running the check out area yelled at me and made my 11 year old child cry because we were trying to get in line like we do at 100% of other stores. Completely unnecessary behavior. She could have asked us nicely to move instead of telling me “THIS IS HOW WE RUN A CHECKOUT LINE.” My 11-year old said that this woman should also speak nicely to her coworkers instead of speaking in a mean tone. A fun shopping outing instead turned into one where my 11 year old was sobbing. I’m furious.

I bought materials and supplies to renovate my bathrooms. Quality and price are the best in this store.

I had excellent service from Safia. She was knowledgeable and HELPFUL. I recommend seeking her out for help with keys/locks/door hardware etc. Best service ever from a big box hardware store!

I drove from Dumfries VA to purchase three Mr. Heaters for your store and Mr. Adam was very professional, friendly, and courteous. I witnessed Mr. Adam conducting a meeting/briefing with the staff and their interaction was professional and respectful.

The managers and staff in the customer service department went he extra mile to resolve an issue I had wit a defective product under warranty. Great professionalism and creative customer-friendly solution provided.

Always bad service, the plumbing guys and the hardware guys always greet you with a bad attitude, which makes them feel that they are gods, because you do not know something.

Tim was very helpful, very friendly and very patient and knowledgeable about the product I needed to purchase. Cashier Huong, on the other hand has no customer service skills. She is not friendly or helpful. She doesn’t greet you, doesn’t smile, doesn’t wish you a good day…just ignores you, doesn’t announce how much your purchase is, doesn’t say hello or good bye. Very awful experience with her. I hope I never get her again.

i was very pleased to see the great selection of plants available. The prices were reasonable and the different plants available was welcome after visiting a local nearby nursery. I brough my purchases to check out, was surprised Apple pay was not available but I did have my wallet with me and was able to complete the transaction using my credit card.
