Best staffed & knowledgeable employees in the area stores.

This is the only big box store that I had an employee show me where the products i was looking for were and the she thanked me for shopping home depot. What a nice employee. I will diffently be shopping there again.

Judy was great!! Friendly, efficient and fun. Thank you for a great experience. I would like to call out I visit often only living 2 blocks away and your mask and sanitation station at the front of the store always seems messy.. Not always masks available for customers. Compared to other retail stores just kind of messy. I wear my own makes so just walk by but everytime I think oh they could do better. Won't stop me from visiting just an observation.

Appliance department employees helpful and kind. I was impressed how quickly I was greeted and helped. Website said what I wanted was in stock,but no.i ordered it and couple weeks I'll have my new freezer woo hoo.

Theres a guy that works here named Evan who needs special recognition. I had a ton of wood that I needed cut and I really didn't want to get sawhorses, a saw, and cord just for this one project. Que Evan. This dude hooked me up on two back-to-back visits (10min apart). Everything fit perfectly and the job was done really fast thanks to him. Hard worker and super polite. I've been coming back ever since.

Amazing customer service, prompt and effective. I found what I was looking for. I got proper assistance, and the store was neat and clean, most off all associates were friendly and very helpful.

Multiple staff were able to direct me to various areas where I needed information and products. Employees provided good and clear information to make my product selections good and informed choices. The store was clean and well displayed... not crowded or disjointed as some other stores tend to be. My experience was that it was well staffed and didn't have to go looking everywhere for help. I was very satisfied and will return as future needs arise..

Because of the excellent service from Hal Thorson and Bart Effertz at the Fargo store I bought my blinds there. I paid more than I would have at the other 2 big box stores but did not get the service from the other stores that I did from these two gentleman. They are fabulous!!!!!

The Fargo Home Depot has some issues with customer service. Kevin the Eimy were so nice and the kind of people that you expect at the Home Depot. This person Ken should go back to training school for his problems with customer service.

JUDY IN APPLIANCES WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL. SHE WAS VERY THOUROUGH IN EXPLAINING EVERYTHING FROM PRICING, SIZING WITH SPECS, AVAILABILITY, WARRANTY AND FINANCING AVAILABLE. NICE GAL.

If there was another Home Depot around this town I would go there>

Our cashier was the friendliest cashier I have ever met her name was Carrie give that girl a raise!! Ecspecially this time of year some cashiers get a little crabby but this girl was excellent!!

Home Depot had a Black Friday sale on LG appliance package deal, oversold, under delivered. Received an email 4 days prior to being delivered how lucky I was my delivery date was changed to 1-16-20. Are you flipping kidding me? LG is a joke and Home Depot is a joke for carrying them.

I have received excellent customer service in this store.

I went to buy a refrigerator.... had shopped around Fargo/Moorhead as I needed a specific size. Tony at Home Depot was the only individual I met during my search that provided service and solutions. EXCEPTIONAL!

Jason,Frank and Michael from the FARGO ND Store Lawn&Garden Dept. Were Great! They came to my house within 30 minutes from my phone call, To exchange a brand new Arians 30in. 306cc $1,499.00 model# 921047 snow blower that had problems with the drive train and did not work right, That I just bought the evening before, And with a major snow storm hitting FARGO at the time! with 12+in of snow expected. Give them Guys a Big “That a Boy” and a Rise in Pay! They did an Excellent Job! Thanks much, Gene
