Walked in looking for a good snowblower, Todd showed up and walked me through each blower and how dependable he thought they were, without trying to pressure me to buy the most expensive one. Once I picked one out he explained all he knew about it, and it was a lot, good help like him is not easy to come by.....don't lose him.

The girl from Service desk was extremely rude. They should call her the grinch!

I bought a Dishwasher the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Judy Jamieson was my sales person who took the time to make sure I picked the RIGHT one - who explained in great DETAIL the warranty options - and also options regarding the delivery - how to change this date, etc. VERY HELPFUL !!!

We purchased all kitchen appliances and sink/faucet through Hal Torson at the Fargo store. He has worked there for many years. He was exceptional---friendly, very knowledgable, and helpful in many ways.

We purchased a smaller sized refrigerator, which in many stores was backordered, wasn't available in store to see and delivery and installation was extra. Home Depot had same sale price, plus promotion to save even more money, and loved that they offer free delivery and installation, even though we live 55 miles away. Very professional delivery and set up.

Susan was a delight to work with! She was so attentive to our needs and so personable!!

bought a new washer and got great service

We went to purchase a washer/dryer. Judy was the appliance specialist that worked with us. What a gem. I’ve not had customer service like this in years. She should be training people how to treat customers. Thank you Judy!!!

We wanted to purchase new carpet to get our home ready to sell, and BART EFFERTZ at the Fargo store was just the best. He didn't upsell us, and in fact helped us save money we might not have otherwise. It's rare that an employee seems to listen genuinely and care, and Bart really did. Kudos to him for a job well done!

If you're going to the home Depot or any hardware store from 2021 to the indefinite future, make sure to ask someone who is over the age of 25 for assistance if you need help finding something or just need general customer service. Multiple times I have been ignored or walked by quickly with their head down to not have to deal with a customer looking for something by employees ranging from what appear to be the ages of 17 to 23 24 or 25. I get the most answers and help from people 30 or older and more patience. I am a 34-year-old female contractor, which I do occasionally get the sexiest remarks. Regardless of age. But for the most part, when dealing with employees, life experience has been essential for getting to the point of what I need and why I'm at the store in and out quickly.

Collin helped me out by loading my heavy work bench almost by himself. You can tell he enjoys helping people and his work. He needs a raise.

Rigid tools are Rigid tools associated with Home Depot. If you buy in USA and return to Canada only to find that the new purchase was flawed and that the Canadian REGENT AV Winnipeg store will turn you away and tell you to deal with the USA store. I did not see that clause anywhere on their receipts or return policies. in fact other chains honour adjustments/returns from USA in Canada. Rigid oscillation tool had a flower power switch.
