We don't have a Home Depot in Grand Forks, but it is worth the 70 mile drive!

Great customer service. I found several appliances in the clearance section along with a new dishwasher. I was assisted right away with ordering, setting up delivery and payment. Received call from delivery department as promised with delivery time as promise no need to wait around all day.

I had a very unique plumbing part to find. Jason and Brian tried several different items and did not give up until they found me the part I needed to make my faucet work. I had been to 3 other stores, and was just told, "no we dont have anything that would work". The guys at Home Depot took care of me! They found me a solution. Great job guys!

Bought a snow blower that wouldn't start. I spent a lot of time getting it home and putting it together. Over charged me for truck rental to get product home, by charging a 'cleaning fee.' Manager and employees offered little help to resolve the issue. Wouldn't even rent me a truck to return it. Said they couldn't hold it for me until I get there. Terrible buying experience! Poor help with poor product! Never had a worse buying experience. I gave one star because I couldn't give no stars.

Great customer service, especially if you are ordering cabinets, counter tops, appliances. They don't make you feel like your waisting their time, even if they are not sure if you are really Buying or just looking.

Received great service in the paint department from Jay! He was able to match all of my paint samples as well as help me find the right products for several projects. I appreciate that kind of service!

Is a wonderful store to shop in, most associates go out of their way to help you. If your in or near the Electrical Department please look for a Mr. Al Nelson. He is super helpful and knowledgeable in a lot of areas... He will be sincere, interested in your projects and will make suggestions on things you may not have thought of. Found everything i needed for the house repairs I was working on and a few extras :)

You need to get new electric carts . Not just Fargo but Fergus Falls is the other Home Depot that I shop. Your electric carts are junk they need to be replaced . And more of them when I go shopping if there is not an electric cart available I leave and go to another store that does.

Great place to shop for all home needs. All aisles marked with what is on each aisle. Employee Al Nelson saved me a lot of time by knowing exactly where the two electrical items I needed were located and recommended which two he thought I needed, which when I got home, worked out perfectly.

If you’re looking for appliance’s talk with Judy. She is knowledgeable she listens to your needs and then advises you on what appliances would fit what you’re looking for. She is the best!

They are very short-handed currently for cashiers, but Mandy was amazing. The older gentleman at the paint desk was also polite and very helpful.
