First, let me say that I don't consider myself particularly handy. So you can imagine my horror when, the night before Thanksgiving, I reach under the sink to get something and find that there is a major leak that has been going on for weeks and everything is drenched. Not knowing what to do, I turned off the water and went to the nearest Home Depot off Mallory Lane. One of the workers, Jean, immediately knew what the problem was and went above and beyond to help fix it. She showed me exactly what I needed and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I got home and everything worked perfectly! She saved our family's Thanksgiving and I will now be a customer for life!

Aaron in Hardware was extremely helpful. I was having problems putting the lamp finials on two lamp harps. I had taken one lamp shade into the store for help. He put it on for me and told me to be sure and come back if I had problems with the other matching lamp shade. A few days later, I took the other in. Aaron spent time adjusting the harp (even replacing a part of it and soldering it to make it work) so that I was able to use it with the lamp finial. I am so very grateful for his knowledge, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile to help me.

Great service from Ginny when we couldn't find a respirator. By God, she dug into the deepest parts of home depot and found it.

The store is clean and well put together. The staff is helpful and I appreciate the customer service folks and young men that help us load lumber and goods.

If it can be said that courtesy is contagious, then this store and its employees are truly the prime example of being the very best. It is just a pleasure to come to this location and always find that there is an employee/associate assuring that they can provide a solution to any need we have had and in the more caring way. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Very clean and organized!

I had to return twice to Home Depot to fix a very complex shower issue. My parts were very dated however doug was able to find a perfect solution for my problem. He was extremely courteous and explaining both times and his guidance allowed me to save hundreds on having to hire a plumber. Go Doug! Thanks again. Ken H

I visited this store on 08/11/2017 and was disappointed with the service provided. Mostly; there were no employees available to help me and then had to self checkout.

I dealt with todd in appliances over the phone and he was terrific to work with. Very responsive, informative and considerate. Although the business was conducted over the phone it was like being there in person.

Store was fine, people suppose to deliver and install my dishwasher left it in my living room and did not even attempt to install. They gave a completely bogus story to my wife about not having a shut off valve for the old washer even though it was clearly under the sink around 12" from the existing dishwasher. They did not even look!!! Wish I could share pictures on this review, if you open the sink cabinet and just look the cut off is clearly visible....

Home Depot has a self check out as well as kind employees. I have been help by some wonderful people nearly every time I go! I don't stand in line here, & the prices are always lower than "Lowes".

We always find what we need here and the employees are always helpful.

Has a former Lowe's shopper I was Lowed away from them and once again a Home Depot shopper. if you ever need appliance's please ask for Kristin Johnson. She is way over qualified in her position, friendly, knowledgeable, & will do what she can to give you the best deal. The store is very clean, with a great allotment of choice's.

I met phillip Perrin at flooring desk and he was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He gave me great advice on my project and helped me all the way though the purchase process. I would definitely recommend this store.

I am always in awe that each and every friendly employee knows exactly which section of that huge store and what you are needing and all seem to have knowledge of that product. I am always happy to go there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Just built a new home and needed to finish some "unfinished" tasks by my subcontractors. Sam, Trish, Ashley and Ashley searched and helped me find exactly what was needed. Never expected that!!! Awesome customer service!

The store associates inside the store are always helpful in helping with your project. The garden area is well stocked with beautiful plants. I've been choosing this store for years for all of my home projects.

As we are working on several DIY projects we practically live in this store every weekend. The customer service is excellent, the sales people are knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. We love our neighborhood Home Depot.
