Recent visit on 15 October 2019 was outstanding - item was available - assistance was not only available but also outstanding, helpful, friendly and did the sales purchase - all at the service desk.

This store is always cleand and organized. Sometimes hard to find help but easy enough to find things on your own.

I just bought my 1st new home and went to HomeDepot on my lunchbreak to pick up a few things. Im a single mom so time is everything to me. After shopping I went to self checkout. Pam was there to assist as some of my items were super heavy and she saw me struggling. Pam completely took over and scanned all my items for me. She helped me swipe my payment and bagged my plants - 1st RATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She made my whole experience worth while. I made it back to work w/ 10mins to spare.

I was able to get excellent assistance from the Lumber Associates Barney and Dave when I needed to repair my kitchen cabinet drawer. The store was neat and clean. The Cabinet Associate who sent me to Barney in the Lumber was friendly and helped me by sending me to Barney. The cashier in the self checkout was very helpful.

The store was very clean and the girl at the checkout counter was very helpful. It would be nice to see a floor plan at the entrance where the aisles are located as the aisles are numbered in a manner that doesn't make much sense.

Big Steve went above and beyond to help with a string trimmer attachment purchase. Also answered other questions. All the staff that I met were very friendly and helpful including the customer service personnel and cashier.

My husband and I went in looking for kitchen backsplash. The store was clean and well organized. All associates were friendly and helpful. Although there was not enough tiles on the shelf that day we returned a couple days later to fulfill our order. Thanks Team Home Depot. Lady Tee

I went in on July 9th to order fencing materials for my house. I arrived at around 4pm and the guy at the "Pro Desk" Russell literally had no clue how to work the system to place the order. They called multiple people including the assistant manager who also had no clue how to properly place my order. After about an hour and a half of people trying and listening to Russell complain about his job someone finally came and helped and 30 minutes later my order was finally completed. It took a total of 2 hours. I had placed 2 orders since some items were special order and I arranged delivery for the non special order items and was assured that they were in stock. I agreed to pick up the special order items later. On delivery day I was told that it turned out that they did not have everything in stock that I would have to reschedule. I asked since I need a new delivery date could they just add my special order items to the delivery due to the inconvenience and the fact that the missing items from the delivery order would arrive after the special order items and they said yes. On my second delivery day they called me saying that the pallet my stuff was on was cracking and that I'd have to reschedule again. They could have loaded it to another pallet or done something but I guess not. I rescheduled my delivery once again and I had paid for the 2-6pm window and around 10:30am I get a call from the driver saying that he was at my house so I had to rush home. When I get all of my products I notice that everything wasn't there. I went personally and spoke to another pro named David, brought up my issue and he assured that it was a mistake on their part and that he went and LAID EYES on my missing items which was a gate and a fence post. I scheduled yet another delivery and when the driver arrives he brought the fence post and something which honestly I don't know what it is but definitely not my gate. I go back personally to speak to the assistant manager once again and it took them about an hour to understand what I had been saying the whole time "I ORDERED A GATE HERE IS THE RECEIPT AND A PICTURE OF WHAT I ORDERED AND I DID NOT GET IT". I also showed them a picture of what I received since I couldn't fit it in my car. They had no idea what it was. When the light bulb finally turns on she goes to see if the gate was there and turns out never in the store so I'm not sure what did the other guy look at because he clearly never laid eyes on my gate. I've had to reschedule with my contractor multiple times and this ordeal has delayed my project by almost a month I have also lost a lot of time at work due to rescheduling deliveries and trips, their store and have spent a lot of time with them on the phone all because of their incompetence. Its seriously shouldn't be this hard! It is now August 9th and I am still waiting on the gate. I am not sure why an order is so difficult to process and to get it correct. When I first showed up I even had the model numbers of everything I wanted off the site. Also, when I walk in there they already know my name. If you have a customer who you know by name due to the fact that you've messed up their order so many times, its time to put in some real effort to get this resolved but based on this whole experience good customer service and some effort is not something they care for. There is another home depot in town up the road and a Lowes nearby as well. Go to one of those before you step foot in this store. It seriously can't get any worse or pathetic anywhere else.
