As a store associate, when you decide to approach a customer and get rude, condescending, and argumentative with them on a transaction you aren't even involved in and the customer asks you to get away from them because you approached them and are standing less than two feet from their face the best practice is to get away from them not dig your heels in to prove a point. I came into the store today to get supplies for a project not deal with whatever emotional instability an employee has going on. I didn't give a snot about the discount, the labeling was off, a cashier was already addressing it, and a manager was going to make the decision on it. To the employee who decided fire things up while we were calmly waiting, then ignore personal boundaries, and then run to approach the manager to campaign at him before he got to me: This is why you are not a manager, that was awful customer service, it was terrible interpersonal communication, and toady you were a really poor reflection of the company that employs you. Tone it down. I was more than willing to pay the $60 - I was just confused on the pricing.

Very well organized store

This store is the one I usually go to although the HD store further down rte. 3 has more selection and more welcoming employees. Really need to enforce ALL customers to wear masks. There were several customers without masks that employees simply ignored.

In the appliance department, I did not have to wait for an associate's assistance, even though there were multiple customers, other employees immediately arrived to handle my order. I felt they valued my time and Donna and Ron were super friendly and answered all my questions about the appliances efficiently.

After years of avoiding Home Depot due to employee apathy (I.e. waiting 30 minutes to buy a washer and dryer with no associate in sight-one associate from carpets and tile tried to help but was unfamiliar with appliances - we left and bought elsewhere), lack of merchandise (or unable to find it even if it was supposedly in stock), and general cleanliness. Over the last 18 months I’ve seen a tremendous turn around. Employees are friendly and helpful, merchandise is easy to find, the store is clean. Bravo Home Depot, you got my business back!

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Donna in appliances was over the top! She took time to answer our questions and help us choose the washer and dryer that fit our needs. The store was clean and I felt comfortable shopping there.

Always a nice store to shop in with friendly employees

The store was well stocked and had everything we were looking for, after visiting another Home Depot store in the area that looked like a swarm of locusts had been through it with multiple empty shelves. This store had a better selection and wasn't as busy. The employees were helpful and cheerful!

Associates are always extremely helpful and ready to help.

Friendly service, nice store, convenient location, BUT - Why did I just spend $260 in flowers from your store when more customers wore masks than your employees?? Get it together, and be considerate to your customers who have health-compromised people at home.

This store is my go to and i frequently use it for both work & personal purchases. My last visit was disappointing as the ladies that handled self check acted like it was a bother to be asked for help & it bothered me to see that. I was in at 6:30 on Thursday for a grill and was sent to customer service, they sent me to an open isle (across the store) and they sent me to self check. That's 3 lines to wait in and useless trips across the store for a grill. It should have been an easy in & out, i had the grill tag on my phone !

We were assisted in getting a new washer since ours started to leak frequently. The clerk was knowledgeable and able to assist with our immediate need. She provided the information for the essentials so the washer would function fully. She was timely and very nice.

Store employees extremely customer service oriented, efficient and knowledgeable about store products and procedures. Store clerks conscious of customers' time and opened up additional checkout lines to avoid long waits and delays. Wish there was a Home Depot in the Lee Hill/Southpoint Area.

The store was clean good service

This store is usually well stocked, employees are friendly, courteous and helpful. This particular store is almost always my first stop when I need anything for my jobs.

They don't always have the amount of product stated on internet in the store. Other than that It is fine and I like to shop there.
