I've always received excellent service from this location. I just wish the location was closer as this would be my go to for all my development needs. This store is well stocked and clean (especially the bathrooms). Management and staff always greets and inquiry if you'd like their help while shopping. This is my favorite location.

They keep the newest item as you walk in the door, for things you didn't know even exist, I go every month for my cleaning supplies, and something always catches my eye.

I love this store and all the people who makes it a great place to shop.

Normally I have no issues with Hoe Depot. I was troubled however by my local Home Depot (#4620) today. I ordered some vinyl boards for an exterior project. At the time of purchase, I was told that the boards could be cut by the store upon delivery (essentialy just in half), with no problem. Upon notification of delivery to the store and upon pickup, I was told on arrival at the store that the boards could not be cut; the weak objection to this was that the saw blade would be ‘worn out’ because it spun too fast. So as the heat climbed, I had to return home, gather my equipment and cut the boards myself in the store parking lot. It took less than 20 minutes with my portable skill saw (which sliced through the boards to the correct length without issue), loaded the boards in my truck and drove off rather disgusted at the situation. I’m not sure what bothered me the most; the miscommunication on the part of the store, or a rather cavalier attitude on the part of the store staff, or were they just trying to take advantage of a 66-year old man? Either way, it was a very unpleasant experience and not what I have come to expect from a store a frequently shop at. I have to shake my head at the web page that proudly displays ‘we’re here to help.’ Sorry to have to bring this to your attention. Note: You also don’t make your customer care e-mail very obvious.

This was our first time shopping at this location and will definetly be coming back. The store was in good order and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Anna from Kitchen Design has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. She has been keeping on top of all aspects of this project.

KATRINA has been amazing every time we go visit this store. The management team not so much but the staff at different departments have been helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty much everything that the managers are missing. Thank you guys!

From the moment we walked into the store several associates greeted us. “Good Morning “, Hello,How are you doing?” “Do you need help finding an item?” Jennifer in Returns , Anna in Counter Tops, Issac in Plumbing and Kendell in Self-Checkout were very helpful

Daryl & Dalal are amazing associates!! they helped me from the moment I walked in the door until the time I left. They helped me set up my military discount and find everything I was looking for! They went out of their way to get me squared away at the store and i will definitely go out of my to shop at that store because of them now! Thank you for being so kind!

It seems to be a well run location. I've noticed the employees at this store tend to be genuinely nicer and not just putting on their customer service face

Needed to replace my washer. I new what I needed, the price, and confirmed that the store could deliver the item the same week. The salesperson Aimee waited on me and quickly took my order, printed the forms, I paid, and was out of the store in 15 minutes tops. I spent more time waiting for the salesperson to complete a sale with the customer ahead of me than I spent during my transaction. Aimee was fabulous and exceedingly efficient.

Friendly, great customer service and sales

I am customer of Home Depot for last 8 years. I do my all home repairs purchase from here and never had any issue with product. Price are not that high as of current market product sellers. I have recently started my home repair project and I did not have to pay anything right away out of my pocket. I have applied for Home Depot project loan and got approved for 15k to solve my repairs need. I understand there will be some interest charged but compare to spending out of pocket it is better keep yours and have Home Depot loan to do your job. I am more than hundred percent satisfied with Home Depot. Thank you

I visited Home Depot on 20 September 2024 at the Gateway Blvd location. Home Depot had what I needed at a reasonable price. the Home Depot Cashier was very friendly. Her name was Patricia and she did a great job. Hopefully Home Depot will award her with a Huge BONUS.

Every time I’ve come to the store in Fredericksburg it’s always met with helpful people. It always seems like they can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend this store for any home projects needed or commercial applications.

We went to self check out and the cashier was literally on our heels from the moment we walked up!!!! She kept trying to take the handheld scanner out of my hands and grabbing items inside our cart we ALREADY scanned , telling me to scan the item again when it was CLEARLY on the screen already!!!! Several other customers were checking out as we were and she didn't blink an eye at them!!!! Don't think we will ever go there again, EVER!!!!! My son kept asking why she was acting like she was and I told him the truth, bc she thought we were going to steal!!!

Cashier on duty at the self checkout service was not helpful nor showed any effort to try to assist. She shrugged her shoulders and huffed when the assistance signal came on. When needing assistance she did not make any effort to try to assist nor make it right. Home Depot is a great company. Associates like her should not work there if she doesn’t want to do her job. Very disappointed

I bought another bag of easy sand drywall material which I prefer over most other products great stuff

I WENT IN TO FIND NEW DOORS AND JOE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SO WAS PATRICE.

Have had many staff members help me over the years I've shopped here. Prefer it over other local home improvement stores.
