I had so many questions for Brian Deliz in plumbing and he was able to help me through them all!!! Thank you so much for having him!!!

I had a pair of very expensive sunglasses that I was trying to put new lenses into. The screw (of course, my fault) went to that great haven of lost screws. I purchased an eyeglass repair kit at the dollar store and a magnetizer at H.D The screws would not magnetize and neither would the screwdrivers . Went to H.D. and Richard and George in the tool dep't showed me the correct tool to buy. Richard then went to a desk and repaired my glasses and even gave me a magnet (his personal property), so I could always magnetize the new screwdrivers in the future. Wonderful sërvice.

This store is so busy, but there is always someone available to help. I just wish that parents would control their children when they visit. I'm not visiting a playground.

I come tohome depot stores almost 4 times week I like the way staff are always prompt to help and if product I cant find in that store they will Check other stores , all HomeDepot stores I have gone are neat and organize

David, Mike and Angel were very helpful guys. They were friendly, funny, and helpful. They helped us load things into our car and offered us deals we were not aware of. We didn't have to struggle to get what we needed. Great store.

Don't waste your time here. No one will help you and they resale old items as new

I would like to thanks Home Depot for having friendly people like Karina as a cashier. She was very helpful to me in finding a certain item. She told me where the item was and even told a coworker to take me to it.

I placed an online order on Sunday afternoon and after waiting 3 hrs and not receiving a confirmation email or text message that my item was ready I decided to stop by the store to see if perhaps my item was ready(which was just ONE item). When I got to the service desk the associates were not busy they were just standing there chatting so I asked them if my order was ready and they told me that it wasn't ready and then directed me to where the item would be and told me to go get it myself and bring it back up to the desk only to find out they were all sold out when they weren't busy at all to begin with and it also defeats the entire purpose of me ordering it online if I had known that they would make me go get the stuff I would have never placed an order online and I would have just gone into the store to buy it myself. After all that they didn't even bother trying to see if they had anything similar to what I needed they just canceled my order handed me a paper and told me to call other stores to see if they had it. All of this was just a waste of my time and horrible customer service.

Brian from the plumbing and pipe and fittings was so helpful. His customer service was beyond anyone I have ever met. He is very knowledgeable the department. Has great suggestion and very friendly. Definitely made my DIY project a lot easier shopping here. I want to thank you again to Brian!

THE STORE WAS FRIENDLY, EASY TO FIND PRODUCTS, SERVICE SO FAST

This is my neighborhood store but I come in here because I can usually find someone to help me find what I need quickly and accurately. Self checkout makes it a quick visit when I just need one little thing.

THIS LOCATION HAS A LOT VERY VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. THEY HAVE A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL

I have to say that my recent visit to this location with my girlfriend was shocking. Not only was my girlfriend harrassed during the store closure by the employee, but wrongly accusses her of stealing by telling her "Ma'am, are you going to pay for those items in your bag?" and when my girlfriend replied in disbelief "Excuse me?!?" She was told that she was free to go!! Why thank you Deputy No Badge!! Its hard to wrap my mind around this and try to find a logical reason. So I hope this never happens to anyone else since management was quick to respond, which I applaud their efforts thus the only reason why I gave 1 star instead of 0.

I'm still waiting for a Manager to return my call.

This location is organized and clean. Has every product I'm always looking for when I come in to shop. Minh was very friendly and helpful.

I have shopped at many of the Home Depot Stores here in Orange County. I have a store very close to my house but I choose to travel further to your store because of the service I have received. Thank you.

Raymunda Martinez at the Pro Desk is extremely helpful, kind and patient when placing my last large order and event between getting my paperwork ready, I witnessed her greet others at the door. But not only her, i noticed other employees doing the same. This location is doing something right!

Employees are very helpful. They always stop to ask if you need help and I always find what I need.

If you have any questions about gardening, or any plant projects Rick and Steve were SUPER helpful. Still have a lot of work to do with my projects so definitely will be coming back for their advice!

The people at this store always go above and beyond for me. There is another store closer, but it's worth it to drive the extra distance for their excellent customer service.

Every single employee that I asked for help in the many trips to Homedepot this last renovating project I was working on was kind knowledgeable helpful and efficient and Brian Deliz in plumbing helped me even when I sent him pictures of a project he would know exactly what it was that I neede for the job just by looking at the pictures , it was above the call of his job title and I very much appreciate it

Brian in plumbing section was very nice and excellent of knowledge in helping me to find the correct parts. With his assistance I could complete my selection of items in a short time without struggle to run around to find them. He also spent time to explain and make sure I can do it myself. I definitely see him again when shopping there. The best of him is always smiling and his assistance look a lot of funs.
