I attempted to return some items from a very large commercial job completion and asked for a gift card . I have made several successful returns in the past 2-3 weeks after a 5 year long job but was denied for some reason today . Rafael laughed after I had made a comment that now I have to reload all the returns back in my truck . He said Awe you have to put it all back in your truck and laughed . Very Poor Customer Service by RAFAEL and would not recommend his lack of customer service skills and lack thereof. I’ve shopped here for 25 years and never had an idiot like this speak to me like he did Terrible Rep

Lacey the cashier outdid the 5 other employees that I was bounced off of. She took time to understand my needs. She is a very helpful, sharp caring member of the Home Depot team!

Pretty good store, meets expectations, sticks variety of solutions.

I've shopped at a dozen or so different HDs over the years and this one is by far the worst. Many employees lack even the most basic knowledge to work in a hardware related store. In the slim chance that you can actually find someone to help you they usually have no knowledge of their assigned department.

I had an awesome experience shopping at the Home Depot in Goleta everyone there was attentive, helpful and happy!

I went to purchase 1 item at the self checkout The employee insisted on hovering over the keypad to get my PIN number that is required for checkout I will never shop at this place again If you see any fraudulent charges after shoping here , I recommend you cancel the card and never shop Home Depot in Goleta again

I lost part of a load (which I had never been advised to tie down) on the freeway and Home Depot would not replace my lost.

I had a return for five bender board stakes and the clerk only credited me for two. My bad for not being alert. I checked the receipt after getting home and noticed I was shorted.

I had a complicated transaction, and "Madelyn" in the Goleta store's customer service was great, she made it happen, and I am grateful. I had to return one thing and purchase other things, all without having my actual Home Depot card on my person, and I still got my $25.00 bonus credit for using a new credit card account. She made it possible HAPPY!

Home Depot provides a great Shopping experience and usually has what I am looking for. I am Architectural Designer and enjoy spending the points I generate with Home Depot.

I was looking for some shower valves i had to go through all the mixed up crap you have in that ile in order to find what i needed it would be much easier if a plumbing station was available

For some reason the Goleta store is not selling Fix It All (Fix All) any more. Great loss of a popular and staple product!

It is conveniently located and lots of parking. I look up what I want before I go, and it is so easy to find -- aisle 3, bay 2 -- go there and there it is.

Dirty, hard to find people to help you, can't manage inventory. Employees always have a sour look on their faces. Where is the manager in all of this? Get him out and about. Make him see how filthy and disorganized his store is. Start in aisle 9 and go from there. Millworks is a joke. Completely hostile. Doors - the guy is a jerk. What happened to Goleta Home Depot?

Martin in hardware was extremely helpful when selecting a deadbolt. He was proactive and courteous. A great HD Associate that Martin is.
