Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have any Spring Deals in 2026?

Enjoy some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings cheerful sunshine. It's also a great time for organizing your home with the perfect storage, doing lawn and garden work outdoors, and setting up appliances indoors. Don't forget to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get everything done when you save during our Spring Deals sale that runs from 4/23 through 5/10. Don't miss out on these bargains.

What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?

Make certain your home is set for spring temperature changes by replacing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If moisture freezes inside the crevices, you could be dealing with damage. On your home's exterior, examine roof shingles or metal roofing for damage that may let water leak inside. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to winter weather. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

Do you carry large moving boxes?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or tornados, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, remember that inverter generators are pricier than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Why should I get a doorbell camera?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

When is the May Kids Workshop?

Don't miss our Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a keepsake box! Your little builder can put together their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. The best part is decorating this unique box with stickers, so leave some time to place them just right.
