THE EMPLOYEES IN THE PLUMBING SECTION ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WILLING TO HELP ME AT ALL TIMES !!

The service was great

I was able to get help locating the item that I was looking for as soon as I entered the store. The employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price I paid was reasonable. I will return.

If you shop often for power tools, this store for whatever reason will have premium tools(milwaukee,makita) marked less than the other local hd's. There are good deals to be had especially on the clearance rack. you never know what will be on there. I give the pro desk 4.5 stars. they are great. the customer service desk, 2,5 maybe 3 stars on a good day. almost every time i go up to it, its like i'm bothering them. if they just don't blow me off to begin with. The ladies at checkout and self-check are very friendly and polite. 5 stars. need to update their showcases for power/hand tools, way outdated. they have Milwaukee drills thats been there for at least 5-6 years.

This is the absolute worst Home Depot I've ever been in. Don't go in here expecting g customer service. I hardly ever ask anything of a Home Depot employment. However, that does not stop them from locking you out of the main store while they are still open. Yes, they literally wheeled my buggy inside, then they locked the door. Moments later, I asked if they could let me access my buggy. They explained how they didn't have a key to that locked door. What the heck?! The store was still open for anyther 70 minutes. Yeah, so if it's close to an hour and a half from closing, don't walk through ANY doors at this store.

Workers were friendly and helpful

This is not a store I usually shop in. I was unfamiliar with the layout and do not know the employees. They were helpful, but not as creative as the South Claiborne gang, but that is because I shop there almost 5 days a week and we re a team. Since I am not on the West Bank that much I cannot expect the same great attention that I receive on S Claiborne.

Some of the employees are very nice but some are very ghetto. If you care where you spend your money, don’t go to this store until they get better management that can handle their employees. Because it’s us the customers that pay your salaries. If you don’t want to work, please stay at home.

STAFF VERY FRENDLY AND HELPFUL

This store despite allot of negative reviews from people who have nothing better to do is a great place to shop. The employees are pleasant and cheerful you can find everything you need in this one stop shop, I normally check out at the pro desk section and the service is exceptional. The new thing I noticed is that they have a Spanish speaker and that is super convenient for when my contractor goes in there with purchases and with his broken English and may require assistance. The Gretna Home Depot has it all, convenience of products, price and services.

This store has been around for a long time and I always feel at ease and comfortable shopping here. It's in a great location and has helped many of us pull through past serious crisis with hurricanes, tornadoes, especially Katrina, and in times when we had no electricity for more then a week, through serious floods and serious hail. Through heavy winds that destroyed my roof and even snow when it damaged most of my trees and plants. Thanks Home Depot you've been there when we needed you most!

I moved here from the Bay Area in California. I have been to this store several times and each time I am impressed by the service I have received. While I was walking around the store, staff was constantly asking if I found everything ok. Some instances, they walked me to exactly what I wanted. I bought several large items and rented a carpet cleaner. The clerk, after ringing up all my items and the rental agreement for the carpet cleaner, walked me out to my truck and help me load all the items.

The reason I’m leaving this review is because of a customer service rep by the name of Shelly. She works behind the customer Service/ Returns counter. She was awesome. Hands down best experience I’ve had at this location. I’m grateful for her customer service.

The employees at this store really seem to care about customer service. Christian was my sales associate and he quickly came to my aid when I needed help making keys and then took me to two other aisles and explained the options for my other project needs. It was beyond refreshing to have 10 out of 10 on the customer service scale. This employee makes me want to do more business with Home Depot, and makes me feel like this business cares about their employees. Happy to spend money when the customer service makes me walk out smiling. Thanks, Christian! Keep up the great work!

The customer service woman was very nice. She made the two issues as painless as possible, exchanging one broken item for an unbroken one, and returning an item. The best part of the experience was that she was simply nice, friendly and helpful while being professional. I do not know her name but the receipt shows the cashier's name as 'Mary.' Thank-you Home Depot. I wish that you had more employees as nice as her. Also, thank-you for the military discount!

Home Depot is the plac where you want to shop for all of your home repair, decorating and upgrading needs!

Good store to visit for household needs it just needs a few adjustments like walkway paint and no smoking security staff near the exit signs.

The Gretna Home Depot without a doubt is the most helpful, friendly.knowledgable, clean and well stocked Business of it's kind in our and surrounding area's. The employee's there make it a point to not let you wander around and be confused about what you need. They also pair you up with the right tool's for the job and assist in the actual project if you but ask. This attitude goes back to the old way of business of helping everyone who walk's in the door. I alway's know I'll be helped by Pro's when I go there. I'll be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
