Although I had to go to another store to get the supplies needed for a job, the cashier Ms. Gidget was knowledgeable and polite.

I am a returning customer.

I had a small purchase. Cashier was big on customer service.

Mr. Al was so helpful and knowledgeable, he helped me select the proper items to turn a month-long service call appointment, into a 30 minute "DIY" project. The staff and the manager was also very friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this store for all of your merchandise and hardware needs!!

I had a great store visit.

A huge thank you to Natalie in appliances. Natalie helped me find my new fridge and she was very patient and kind in the checkout process.

Ther person running the Pro-Desk area was a Real Pro. She helped me select the roofing materials I needed by showing me the various material types and features. She coordinated the loadout with the material handlers and there was no confusion on material quantity or amount.

Love shopping at this store

I could not get any assistance at all. I went there to purchase a new shower head for my elderly mother. Check out was pitiful as well. No urgency to move the line. I had to ask for a bag for my purchase, and had to place items in bag myself.

This location is known for lazy employees who hang out in groups by the self checkout instead of walking around helping people. When you ask a question they will tell you they don't know instead of finding someone who does know where a particular item is. It's easier to look for the male employees who are nicer and eager to help.

The Home Depot in my neighborhood has been around many many years and it has been a life saver for me throughout the years with all the hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. I've relied on this store for nineteen years in helping me redo my home time and time again. Keep the friendly, positive and informative employees you've had throughout the years and keep the standards slightly high. Thank you Home Depot for your help through the years!

This store is pretty consistent! MY "go to" store pretty much on daily basis. Stock levels are usually good for the items that I'm looking for. Veteran staff is good to great in all departments.. I can't find any issues with this store and highly recommend it to other locals.

I had a pleasant shopping experience.

It's October 8th. I am in the store looking to start decorating my house for Halloween which is still 3 weeks away. But all the Halloween decorations are gone. It's apparently time to decorate for Christmas. On October 8th. 3 weeks BEFORE Halloween.

Sales Associate Randy #27 lacks professionalism and needs customer service training. He boldly displayed public behavior that leads me to believe he does not value “all” customers entering the store! He even had the audacity to question my level of reading comprehension. I am canceling my card and will no longer be shopping at Home Depot.

Do not attempt to return an online purchase. I experienced one of the most hostile, angry, and unhelpful customer service experiences of my life when attempting to do so, from an employee named Teri. The only way I can describe it is to say she went nuclear, even though I had my receipt, credit card, ID, etc. To the point that other employees gathered around and glared at me for the remainder of the transaction. From her behavior they seemed to think I had threatened her. This was one of those unusual cases where the customer (me) was calm and the customer service person was going ballistic, possibly because I had printed out Home Depot's "easy" policy for returning online purchases at the store which contradicted her refusal to do the return. Surreal.

It was a happy trip to HD to get for my wife a beautiful French door stainless steel refrigerator. The service was great and I am very pleased with my purchase !

I LOVE THIS STORE BEST. JENNIFER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS SPOT ON EVERYTIME I DO A PHONE SALE. PAINT DEPT ROCKS AND EVERY EMPLOYEE TAKES THE TIME TO HOOK YOU UP WITH WHAT YOURE LOOKONG FOR. IF THEY CANT LOCATE IT (BUT THEY 99% DO LOCATE YOUR ITEM) I SPEND HALF OF MY LIFE OR MORE INSIDE A HOME DEPOT. NOTHING LIKE THE SMELL OF THE LUMBER AND POWER TOOLS...YOU NEED TO GIVE YHOUR STORE A BIG PARTY. THEY ROCK!!!!!
