Clean wonderful Store!

Great service from Alicia

Three broken items
I don't have anything bad to say about the store, but I do about online delivery. We ordered 3 different bathroom items for a remodel: 2 toilets and 1 pedestal sink. All three came in broken. All three were delivered on different days. We couldn't believe it.

Bad customer service
This is the first time that I have ever had such a bad experience with the store manager. When manager's lie and become deceitful and mislead customers, don't expect anything more from their employees. I guess that's why they have employees walking around the store, talking about blowing their own head off. #1 reason for me to stay away from this store.

Excellent service
Went in to buy a few items for a job and Maria by pro desk had excellent customer service, greeted me with a smile and friendly attitude. I would definitely go back and shop with Maria again! Keep up the work Home Depot Central City! Continue to get great associate like Maria.
