The survey said i would not go back to this store. I must have hit the wrong key. I would definitely would go back. Rodrick was so nice and helpful with me purchasing a Christmas tree.

The staff at this store is extremely helpful and friendly.

Not bothered by salespeople clamoring for a sale but when we needed salesperson she was right there. Very helpful, friendly and courteous. We went in just to see what was offered, were considering other sales at other stores. Wound up purchasing appliances from there due to prices, delivery options, set-up & knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous salelady. A quick & easy experience. Definitely 5 Stars

I was very happy with their overall service, quick response and information they provided me. No waiting times to find the "specialist" of the area, compared to Lowes that you always have to wait to find someone that can answer your questions.

I WENT IN THE STORE TO BUY THINGS I NEEDED TO PAINT MY ROOM. I HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT I NEEDED OR WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN PAINTS. THE EMPLOYERS THERE NOTICED MY OVERWHELMED LOOK WHEN I WAS SURROUNDED BY TONS OF DIFFERENT PAINTS AND COLORS. THEY CAME RIGHT UP TO ME AND ASSISTED ME WITH EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND MORE!! OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!! SINCE I AM REMOLDING MY HOUSE NOW, I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Need to get some !'X4' drop,in low profile light fixtures and some soft white light bulbs . But the store is a grat place to shop. and bring back Roebick foaming r mainline root killer

Store associate took the time to make several helpful suggestions concerning a project I am undertaking. Additionally, a sales rep for Glidden was extremely helpful.

Kevin in plumbing, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would have made the wrong decision for my purchase, he helped me choose the right materials for my project. Very friendly store, Homedepot seems to have more employees that know the stock in the store.

Love the employees!! So helpful and many have saved me money by helping me enroll in Pro account and showing me other items in the store that would save me money. Always helpful when I check out and can't remember when to put my phone number in for pro account. Very helpful in assisting me load my vehicle too. I have an old neighbor who retired and is working here. I have had people ask me where something is because they mistaken me for an employee. I could actually work there someday if I ran out of things to do. I do know where everything is located. Last time I counted my receipts they totaled over 250 receipts. I'm in that store several times a week. I do own several apartments so that's why I am there so much.

I get help at the contractor's end of the building when I need it

I was very satisfied with the helpfulness of the store associate I came in contact with. Other home improvement stores don't always have associates in each department. This store does.

Was pleased i could get gift cards for flood victims.

We are remodeling and I'm in Harahan Home Depot several times a week with many questions and in need of lots of advice and direction. I appreciate the consistently helpful attitude of the employees, even at times when there seem to be fewer of them available.

Store was clean and products are well organized in the kitchen/appliances section. Sales person ( Mr. Morgan) was very good.

I found the store employees are very courteous and friendly. Especially, Mr. Morgan, the sales person is very knowledgeable in the electronics. He helped us in selecting the right fit refrigerator for our new home and gave us the best quote. He was very patient and went extra mile to understand the need and delivery plan.

The people at your contractors desk know how to treat customers. When I called the store before I went there, I spoke to Ron and he made me feel comfortable driving out of my way to get what I was looking for. When i got there, he kept his word and had everything waiting for me and my workers. I will continue to shop in your store because of the level of service I received.

This is my favorite Home Depot to visit. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
