Great help from employees in locating an item. the employees had to use a forklift and shut down an isle temporally to get the item I wanted. Great service. It was hot and they did not have to do want they did to help. Much appreciated!

I had to check out with a person since I was paying cash, and the cashier named Jasmine rung up my total wrong while dancing and playing on her phone. Maybe if she would have been paying attention my total might have been right, just a guess.

I like this store because it is always clean. The employees are nice and helpful.

I purchased a garage door opener to be installed. I was told that I would be contacted within 3 to 5 business days to set up installation. It has been two weeks and I have not heard from anyone. Despite my repeated telephone calls and my in person, follow up visits, I have not heard from a Home Depot employee or independent contractor. The sales person was very helpful, but apparently, nobody else cares. I canceled the order and will shop elsewhere.

This store is always lacking in quantity of products-stock is lacking big time. One day I needed pool salt and of course there were no bags on the ground but a full pallet was on the second shelf that could not be reached. I asked a sales person to help and he told me he had no one to get down 4 bags so the sale was lost. Went to Sam's. This is just one incident at this store and I try to avoid it as much as possible.

Here @ the Harahan store I’m always greeted when I come in and very helpful when I need it. Cashier Semele is always proficient and polite when checking out.

Always greeted by someone and most of them remember my name.

The management did all possible to help me with my online pick-up. The item I ordered should have fit in my vehicle based on its dimensions, however when I went to pick up my order, the package was to big. Being unable to arrange for someone else to meet me and bring my order home made me somewhat frustrated. When I explained my situation to the assistant manager, she offered to bring the item to my house because she lived nearby and was familiar of the area I reside. I offered to pay her for her time and gas, but she refused and brought the item to my house out of the kindness of heart. The Harahan Home Depot absolutely provided best customer service I've ever had.

I've been coming here a lot for our clients to pick up things and I've recently moved and whenever I needed help to find something they would literally walk me around the store to make sure I got the right thing and we would talk and they would explain certain things to me about the product and which one would be better so I always wound up with exactly what I needed and I've only had to make a return every once in awhile and when I do I have no problems with that at all no questions asked they just get it done quick and easy very efficient and every employee that I've ever come across in this particular store very very friendly smile on their face no problems with whatsoever that's why I love coming to this particular store I know I'm going to not stress out.

The employees in the store really seem to love their job and truly want to help you. So refreshing to have people care these days. Manager is doing a great job

Hello. I am remodeling my bathroom. Have needed a lot of help as I gutted the bathroom and was completely rewired. I needed help picking out fixtures, switches, lights etc. On at least 4 occasions I received quick, expert help from the employee in the electrical department in the Harahan Home Depot - not sure but think his name is Pete. Top notch job. Really appreciated his informative, friendly help.

The customer service in the lumbar department sucks!

I was able to purchase exactly what I needed without searchung a long time.

There were very helpful and making sure I had what I needed This experience at Harahan HD was better than most.

Overheard Rony, supervisor of some sort, speaking to cashier about me after I finished the sale. If your employees are going to discuss your patrons, they should be more discreet.

Had been 2 other Home Depot but 3rd location was charm

This Home Depot is def one of the best in New Orleans area! All very friendly and helpful! The manager Kevin was very nice and gave us a good discount on our damaged door

Mulch was effective in my garden project and was fairly priced

Two years after Covid and all mandates and state of emergency lifted, I check out with 2 plants one being a hanging basket at the garden center. The cashier is wearing a mask, a shield as well as gloves. All of that is ok if it makes her feel safe. After each customer she sprayed an absorbent amount of Lysol In the air at the customers and this time into my 15 year old dogs face. When it came my time to check out she ripped the hanging basket from my hand with my pinky caught in it, no regard no apology. Sheer panic that she was within 5ft of me. She flew back into her booth and proceeded to spray more Lysol this time lots more because she was that much closer to me, my coworker was behind me sharing the same basket so I waited for him to checkout but by this time I chocked on the Lysol and had to clear my throat which sent her into a complete panic she would not even hand him a receipt and proceeds to spray more Lysol and talk about me to the customer behind me about how gross I am because I coughed. Again to clarify I cleared my throat from being sprayed with Lysol 3x in 3 min. There is a limit to being afraid and being terrified. This employee should not be allowed to work with the public.

Always have what I need.

Although one item I needed was out of stock (1/2" EMT), the cashier that handled my other purchases was cheerful and pleasant to deal with.

I found a front door I really liked and was very pleased to see that it came with oil rubbed bronze hinges and sill. Roni set up the order and went above and beyond getting our paperwork done since there had been a power outage and a lot of the printers and computers had to no re- set.
