Thanks for those employees that go far and above to answer and meet our needs. Very clean bathrooms and atmosphere.

Am very thankful for this Hemet Store. Since moving to this area in 2009, we have purchased big ticket items, refrig, etc. and it is convenient and easy to shop. Have been to the Home Depot Store in Perris, but this one seems to fit us best.

The Home Depot is always busy. I realize sometime stock runs out but sometime employees are real busy and can not bring the stock low enough so your customers can serve themselves.. That would be very helpful if at night before the store closes your employees shelves are full of the merchandise.

We grade the store and its employees 5 out 5. Cashiers are very helpful.

The supervisor for the cashiers was so rude and immature. I ask to speak with the manager and she said she was a department manager of the registers. I explained to her about how our $1,500 check was not being processed correctly and that we have more than enough funds in our account. As I explained that to this young lady, she looked at me with an attitude, like it was not her fault and that she had others things to do like chatting with other employees at the stairs area. Someone needs to get rid of this supervisor or she needs to find another job! Disrespectful! Our remodel of our house will not be at the hemet Home Depot! Due to that rude employee! By the way, our check was just find. Our bank manager said that the cashier was not putting in the check correctly, come on, that’s pathetic and embarrassing.

I have been shopping at the Hemet, CA Home Depot for 26 years. As usual, I found almost everything on my shopping list as well as items I had planned to buy elsewhere. It was easy to get the assistance I needed from well informed and knowledgeable associates. The store was extremely clean, well lit, open aisles and well stocked. All of the associates I dealt with were friendly, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

THE STORE IS FINE IF YOU DON'T NEED ANY ASSISTANCE AND IT WOULD BE NICE IF THE STORE COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE PEOPLE BEGGING FOR MONEY IN THE PARKING LOT.

They are very helpful. Everyone is nice and they're not rude I would definitely go back to the Home Depot.

Store has great potential, but seems to lack staff and passion. Seasonal stock crew often gather in groups that block access to displays. Checkers, of which there are too few, seem to work at reduced speed. They mean well with their chatter, but are just slow. In areas like irrigation parts or hardware items, be very aware of what you pull from the bin. The item may belong in a different bin! I learned my lesson and had to make a second trip... which in my case takes requires enough time to ruin a whole day's work. Associates are friendly and helpful...when you can locate one.

Very good customer service

Always have had very good experiences! I get help when I ask and even when I don't. Checkout is fairly quick. Rarely do I have to wait a long time. Staff is friendly. All in all I have no problem driving to the opposite side of the city...it's worth it for me!

I am a frequent shopper and always pleasant experience friendly and very appreciative of military, means a lot to me that they support military with discounts but most of all compassion with comments such as thank you for your service or even personal stores of family vets. Great store

The employees are always helpful and offer to help as I am disabled. They have what I want and usually for a better price.

The manager at the time named Lucille was very rude I asked for help, and she told me I can get a cart and do it myself.

The employees at this store are all helpful. Mark at the Garden Center is extremely helpful and answers our questions about what grows in San Jacinto and Hemet area.
