The store has been chronically understaffed. You can't find help without walking through the whole store and then the employee won't help you, they claim to call someone who knows more and they never show up.

I wanted a white table, none left. Bought a black table instead.

I bought floor tile from Home Depot an it was an easy Project to do. Did my Kitchen.

We lost our keys in the store somewhere. We were just at two places, but they were gone. Every employee we went to in this store helped us, by calling customer service, walked around to check stands. They were so accommodating. We had to wait some time for a locksmith, and it was 110 outside. I went in and asked customer service if I could sit down. The lady said she could put a fan on me, and offered to get me water. One employee walked across the whole store to check check stands. We never found the keys, but these employees did what they could to help, and accommodate us on a very hot day. They are a great team, and exceptional employees. There were also other employees in the store to happily direct you to what you are looking for. Awesome place to shop!

The staff is amazing 10/10 always willing to help find what I need, as well as taking things to the pro desk for me. Even offer to help load the truck. Once again amazing staff and customer service

I like to do different types of DIY projects - and this place has what I need - people are friendly and it doesn’t take forever to get help -even other shoppers are friendly - I Love Home Depot

Our Delivery was wonderful, the people who came were very niece and helpful.

Seems like I was invisible to all associates because no one greeted me or my husband, and no one, not one person asked if we needed help. I had to go ask twice in a span of 40-45 minutes if someone can be sent out to help us in the department we were in. Then when we did get help, they really didn’t have much knowledge of the product we were asking for and didn’t ask anybody else if they knew about the product.

The employees at this store rock!! They care about us the customer.

to many young people -i"m very happy for them, but they don"t have any expirianse! You must teach them !!!!!! Minium 4 month or SIX MONTH! WITH PAY! Its gona pay you back! I now-i use to own big store its will pay you back!!! A Lot!

Bad experience, be careful people when you pay, sometimes there's a price on the tag, but when you pay it's a different one, unfortunately there's always higher when you pay.

Placed an order on a sliding barn door, first appointment was missed by vendor. I missed a whole days pay because I was originally told I stallion could be done on a weekend. Not true. Was told by first person to visit for the measurements door would be able to slide to the right due to having a wall mounted tv’. Four months later, installation day. Can’t install due to door having to swing to left. Unbelievable. Was told basically tgat ‘I lied’. This has been nothing but a total disappointment with Hone Depot. Plus I have to pay a 15 percent restocking fee. I didn’t have incompetent service associates. But I pay the price. Yes! Yelp account will have a review from me today. Total disappointment.

This store has bad customer service. Some can't explain knowledge of the product and is not friendly to disabled customers

Needed a spray paint but the aisle was closed for forklift access. Nearby employee told me it would be open in a couple of minutes and it was. Then an employee at the paint section promptly opened the cage with spray paints for me so I got what I needed in no time with great help of the staff. Higly recommend Home depot store in Hemet.

They have a promotion on the store but I have a coupon at home for the same promotion they make me go home to grab it even if I don't needed that very unprofessional they need to train employees to help the customers

Associate was upset that I asked him for help since he said I don't work on this department but other associates keep saying to ask him to for help. He did not find someone to help me and told me to go ask the cashier in the lumber dept to get someone to help me. When I asked the cashier she pointed to a gentleman that I should go to for help. This person told me he would call someone to help me. After waiting 10 minutes with no help, I had to go searching for another person who did finally apparently know how to provide good customer service.

Lousy Serve. Due not want to Deal with Customers.

Home Depot is getting cheap in the fact that they’ve got rid of their cashiers and now are going with self check out. I won’t be back.
