Are Kids Workshops offered at the Hemet Home Depot?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. You may secure your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Awesome service!

I went in to inquire about retaining wall stone blocks for a DIY project. I had my measurements, but no idea how many I'd need. The employees at the garden center asked me a few questions and figured out the quantity! They were patient, helpful, and most of all, quite knowledgeable!

New associates need better training

It was hard to find the items I was looking for and when I asked an associate they were not of much help. Some of the new associates(young people) keep calling me “bro”. That is not professional at all. Even though I always shop here some other new associates treat me like if I was going to steel a 60 dollars item. I spend thousands of dollars here so the new associates need to be better train with manners and being more respectful. I have shopped at this Home Depot for more than 10 years and it was annoying this experience.
