Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's part of The Home Depot Spring Deals event?

Enjoy some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings cheerful sunshine. It's also a great time for lawn and garden work outdoors, organizing your home with the perfect storage, and setting up new appliances indoors. Be sure to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale that runs only from 4/23/26 through 5/10/26. Shop fast to catch these bargains.

How can I prep my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Make certain your home is set for springtime weather changes by repairing faulty components of your hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If water gets inside the cracks, you could be looking at trouble. On the outside of your house, inspect shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that may let water leak inside. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent excess water from backing up into your home. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

What's your selection of moving boxes like?

Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Why should I get a doorbell camera?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

When is the next free Kids Workshop?

Drop by our Kids Workshop from 9–noon on May 2nd. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this cute keepsake box that fits all sorts of treasures. Constructing this kid-sized trinket holder is a great way to encourage creativity, fine motor skills, and listening abilities. Team up with your little one to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to leave enough time to decorate your box with stickers!
