Great store, well stocked, and very friendly staff.

No regard to safety during Covid-19. Employees are not "wearing" masks! There are no social distancing standards in place to insure against overcrowding. Although I am a long term customer, I will try not to return until these issues are addressed or the threat of virus is eliminated.

All my experiences at the Hilliard, Ohio Depot have been very good on products and services. The store is clean and orderly. All associates were friendly and helpful.

The store was very clean and all employees were being safe and helpful. I will be back for sure, so until next time. Keep up the good work folks

WAS IN THIS STORE TO DAY DURING A RAIN STORM , HAD A EMPLOYEE NAME JEREMY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP US OUT, HE WENT OUT IN THE POURING RAIN AND LOADED ARE CAR FOR US .HE TOLD US TO STAY IN THE STORE SO WE WOULD NOT GET WET. NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS WAY I WILL SHOP HERE FROM NOW ON.

Sunday I was in the store. Staff were friendly, smiling, very helpful, and available to assist. So glad the store is open. People were working on outdoor projects, we had to go to hardware and Garden center. Things were neat, clean & while the inventory in some areas was a bit less but we got what we needed!

Friendly and professional staff. I appreciate they are taking necessary steps to encourage social distancing and other safe practices.

I will drive out of my way to go to this location. Very helpful and happy employees store is very neat & clean and well organized

A poorly run store where employees gather in groups to socialize while customers wait for service.

Generally friendly associated and a clean building. The service desk is either undermanned or under-trained as it seems returns or will-call transactions take much too long. I spent 30 minutes trying to have a simple transaction completed, the associate that was helping me was continually pulled to another station to help someone else or was answering phone calls.

This is my favorite HD and I get to all of them in the Columbus area. Something about it is just warm and welcoming inside and out. The associates are always great and are the icing on the cake. Keep up the great work Hilliard!

Best HD Ive ever been from the staff to the layout. Always clean and the pros at the pro desk truly know the trades from being experienced pros!

Self check out. The "cashier" never got out of his chair nor did he say anything to me. Somewhat audacious that I found a piece of paper in my bag when I got home. Orange piece of paper with the name "Jim" written on it in black marker. I was asked to "strongly agree" that my cashier was friendly!

We received extensive service regarding several projects we are doing to our home. We received very knowledgeable recommendations and assistance on the floor. Then the cashier helped us save additional money by opening an additional line of credit. We spent less than expected and got a better understanding of products for our project

All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. Although I don't own a home, I would go back to buy cleaning supplies or some other items just to have the consideration and service given to me there!

I came in on 12/27/19 and Jim was very helpful at the self checkout. Thanks Jim!

I've been dealing with this Home Depot for over 10 years. In fact, I built my screened porch about 10 years ago and bought my materials from this store. Recently, I needed to replace some rotted siding and trim on a shed. I had no difficulty finding the material I wanted, but the T1-11 siding material was of disappointing quality. Two of the staff helped me lift away damaged material until we found three sheets that would meet my needs. Then I picked up the 1X4 trim material. Again, the quality of the material was poor. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful, so I will continue to visit this store, but I might look elsewhere for lumber.

I love my neighborhood Home Depot! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! It’s not unusual, but I just received excellent customer service on my recent visit. Will return again and again!

Jacob was wonderful to me. He helped me find everything on my list for my new home, gave me advice and in general was a life saver! I will be back to this store and I intend on purchasing most if not all of my home improvement items here.
