Excellent Customer Service
Last Christmas Home Depot had these light up LED sheep dogs. I tried to get one, but they were sold out everywhere. They got them again this year and they have reindeer antlers on them! I called Home Depot and they said they had one, but they had not put their decorations out yet, but if I came in they would look for it. I went in today, and I cannot believe what these guys did to find the sheep dog for me. I ♥️Home Depot. Thank you Mason, and Fadel and Edwin! I am embarrassed to say I almost cried because I was so shocked they did this for me.

Delivery was mess
After getting a sales rep furqan he was helpful and was able get the order in with some savings. He did a great job. After getting the order I was surprised with the color. But it was the the color on the sales order. He was helpful when I stopped by the store after the problem with delivery. He did a good job to help correct it. So far the GE units are nice

Best in Columbus
I almost gave up on shopping at Home Depot last year when I moved to the area and visited 3 different Home Depot only to experience uninterested and unhelpful staff. But then I came to this one and even though it’s further from home than 2 others I have returned here over a dozen times, always helped by friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. This Home Depot is the best of the best!

Associates are awesome!
I have been dealing with one of your customer service associates over the last year and every time it’s the same person, Megan. Megan always has a smile when she greets me at the Customer Service desk and she is always going above and beyond my expectation. She is kind and considerate of other people’s needs and suggesting ways to achieve my goals. Megan is a real Gem and should be recognized as a top performer in Customer Service. She really stands out every time I need help.
