Outstanding help and service. Very very friendly and knowledgable. Being a disabled veteran, they helped me figure out ways to overcome obstacles do to disablility. I will be going through you guys when it comes time for me to do any reconstruction to my house and when I start my business and build my shop. Keep up the good work.

We needed some parts to finish a closet organizer and checked the on-line application which showed them in stock. We drove 70 miles to get them and upon arrival found out the on-line application was wrong and there were none available and it would be at least another week before they were restocked. Not wanting to repeat the drive, the store associate offered to remove enough from the display to allow us to finish the project. We really appreciate him going out of his way to do this for us!

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. I arrived early in the morning and the store was fully staffed before 8:00. I asked an associate for a product that had been moved. They not only told me where it was, but walked me to it. At the checkout, the cashier rang up my product and it had a different cost than what was posted on the shelf. When I questioned her, she immediately changed the price. I have always been very pleased with the service I have received at Home Depot.

I use this store at least 1-2 times per month and have found everything i am looking for for the most part. If i do not find what I'm looking for than most service people usually tell me where i can go to find it or that they can order it and i can pick it up there when available! Overall i am happy with this store and like it better then the lowes here in town!

I wanted to say thank you to Phil, Shana and Penny for all of the times that they provided the excellent customer service that Home Depot strives to provide.

We live in Mountain Home and our son in Idaho Falls just purchased a home. We wanted to get him a washer and dryer. We saw what we wanted in the Boise store and the Boise store associate gave us the information that we needed to contact the Idaho Falls store and we were able to purchase the washer & dryer set for him. The only thing that I would comment on is that the storage pedestal that they were sitting on let us to believe that they were included in the price of the set and it wasn't. There was nothing that indicated that they were not included. It was an extra charge that we were not aware of.

Always has a great selection and prices. Employees have been great help and extremly friendly

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE STAFF AND MANAGER'S ASSISTANCE WITH PRODUCTS. THIS HOME-DEPOT IS VERY ORGANIZED AND THE STAFF IS ALAWAYS AVAILABLE TO ASISST WITH FINDING THE PRODUCTS AND IDENTIFYING SAVINGS OR SPECIAL OFFERS. Sales associate in window coverings was extremely helpful and took the time to really HELP me find the product I needed. Had to match an existing blind color that we purchased about five years previously. It was difficult but she took her time and made sure it was correct.

As I entered the store I was greeted by an employee that when I asked her where a certain item was she not only gave me directions but told me what isle it was on and which side of the isle it would located.

It doesn't matter whether I buy on line, have it shipped, buy in the store, or order and pick up items...I always get good service both on line AND in the store. Sometimes the associates are really busy and I have to wait a few minutes. They are ALWAYS helpful and curtious.

The store was nice and clean, the isles were uncluttered, and things were well signed and I had no problem locating what I was looking for, and I just had fun browsing and looking at all of the different products, I was asked a few times if I needed any help locating anything.

I was able to easily find what I was looking for purchase it and get right out. Also Home Depot has comparially good prices.

Trying to find an associate to help is usually pretty hard. They seem to be understaffed and busy with other customers most of the time. The associate in the paint store was a pain and seemed like he really was bothered by me asking questions. He was more interested in visiting with a friend that talking to me. The other guy was fine. They are a standard box store, carrying the average stuff. Most of the associates are even bothered if you ask for help. Anything that they do not carry, they are not willing to help you. The best advice they give you is to go to another store for stuff.

When I first walked into the store I was acknowledged by the associates and was kindly offered some assistance. The associates were approachable and knowledgeable.

The store is clean, people are friendly. Easy to find what I'm looking for.

Always get good help and quick checkout... Always find new interesting things to look out and to think about !

We have always found what we need here at the Home Depot in Idaho Falls. The associates are knowledgeable and they have saved us on several occasions from buyer the wrong item. I especially love the clutter free aisles and cheerful associates. This store seems to always be well stocked.

I love shopping at Home Depot while working on new house projects. It's a famaliar and friendly store, and the employees at the Idaho Falls store are very informative, kind and helpful. I have received excellent service from the employees many times; I'm always warmly greeted, and I feel welcome every time I go to Home Depot. I love Home Depot, and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who needs help with a home project.

One of the nicest employees I have ever met at this Home Depot...Steve, an older gentleman with grey hair, took the time to walk me to the other side of the store to find drywall patch. He helped me find it, then showed me other tools and things that could help me do my job easier. He was very knowledgable about all the products and that is why I like coming to Home Depot. The employees actually know how to use the products.

This store is excellent! All of the associates are very friendly and willing to help! It's very easy to find everything as the store is well-organized! I really like buying my needed supplies at the Home Depot

Associate offered to help load heavy itemi on cart, and then helped load item on truck without being asked!
