A number of employees made it a point of saying hello and to have a nice day. Chris in plumbing went above and beyond to try and find the part I needed. If I lived in the area I would shop at this Home Depot exclusively for my home improvement needs. I don't often see customer service and dedication like this at any of the stores where I live in San Fernando Valley. Great job Chris!

On my last visit, store employees Chris (in plumbing) and David were beyond helpful. They both took time to explain how to fix my plumbing issues. Showed me the products I needed and step by step how to use it. And, if issues weren’t fixed they even had a plan B ready. Plumbing issues were fixed follwing their guidance. Glad to say I didn’t need to proceed with plan B.

The store is clean and Neat. I was able to find the things I needed.

We came in pretty close to closing and everyone was still smiling and very friendly as we walked down the aisle they weren’t rushing us to hurry they were offering assistance and even thanked us for coming. Our cashier Jacqueline was really friendly had a smile on her face even though it was late and pretty cool because she was by the door.

All my experiences with this location have been positive. I tend to get great service when it's needed.

I shop at this Home Depot almost daily. If I have a problem finding something I look for Chris in plumbing, he goes out of his way to help. When I check out I see Gordon, I always know I get quick friendly service from him.

Very good store. Good inventor and happy helpfull people to answer questions. We had a very pleasant experience ordering a special size front door and a couple of windows. Mario, Moley and Serena were specially helpful at the Doors & Windows Dept.

This HomeDepot has improved greatly! They seem to have more knowledgeable floor workers who are educated in their departments. They knew how the pricing worked and were cross trained about other parts of the store.
