Amazing Customer Service
Went into the store, had trouble looking for what I wanted, and one of the staff gave me very quick and clear directions to where it is at very nicely too. Found what we were looking for, and had a hassle, in which one of the staff members quickly and efficiently helped and fixed for us. This was all in less than 15 minutes, and it was just a great shopping experience!

Royal treatment
I looked for the repair kit for the outdoor lighting fixture, Karla & Dylan went above and beyond their duty to help me. Then a staff Freddy helped me to load up soil to my trunk, which I did not expect at all. I walked away with smiles on my face for hours.

Excelente Customer Service
Today I was at the Baldwing store and I was stressed because I had limited time. Gaby and Norma from customer service were amazing. The were very knowledgeable, patient and polite and they helped me with my purchase and technology. Then Kirsten was also very pleasant at the cashier and completed my transaction.
