great and friendly store!

Very rude employees. Treated my wife and I like we were thieves as we were ringing up our merchandise, mind you, we were not stealing and they gave us no apologies. Will never shop at Home Depot again.

Amazing customer service!! Alexis was super helpful and patient! I had no idea what I needed. He helped me to pick the best items for my project and my budget. He even helped to load up my car!!

Joe and Wilson have a vast amount of knowledge on different products as well as home repairs. Excellent guidance given and they took their time explaining options.

I work for a 501c3 and came in with a tax exempt form. When asking an associate in gardening about check out he said I needed to go to Pro to get a HD ID for the tax exempt form. We went to Pro and were told it was closed (after 5 pm), so she sent me to Customer service, which then they tried to send us to pro. Thankfully they called a man who helped us at customer service. Was frustrated walking back and forth, but he was helpful. Upon check out, after finalizing it with the man at customer service, the HD ID did not work for our tax off. But Kerri was our check out clerk at self checkout and she was extremely helpful to us! She even helped us with getting our purchases set up and paid for! She is 5 star

Convenient location, great associates, friendly people.

This store is my favorite store due to the employees help me a lot! The employees go out there way to help me in every department. Edwin(Ed), Bobby, Joe. Also the ladies in the customer service are amazing as well. You guys are awesome!!!!! I literally come in with a list and completely don’t know where nothing is and they walk me through every department getting things I need to remodel my house. If it wasn’t for these guys (Ed) Edwin, Bobby, Joe ... I’d be lost in the store. Thank you

The store is clean, staff is friendly and efficient

Came in to rent a pressure washer. Dennis in rentals added Damage Protection to my bill without ever mentioning it to me. When I asked him if it was an optional charge, he said yes and I could ask to take it off upon return if I wanted. When I returned the pressure washer, I’m handed my final bill, and the charge is still on there. I tell him I want it taken off and he says it can’t be done because the contract is closed. This is not acceptable behavior.

This Particular Home Depot, never has a Enough "Inventory" & runs out too Quickly........!

Lack of Supplies in this particular Home Depot ( No ) 55 - Gallon Garbage Bags, always running out of them. Always running out of ( 5 ) Gallon Water Bottles, never enough on hand for the Customers.

It's sad to think that customer service does not exist any longer at Home Depot. The lack of concern and assistance has hit rock bottom. Was unable to get anyone to help. At check out requesting a manager was a dead end. Customer service desk was not helpful either. Very disappointed....

Convenience location.

Customer service was terrible. Cashier was very rude. This is not what I am used to when I go to Home Depot!

I found all the products I needed for my raised garden bed. Todd is golden, a true professional, super attentive, patient and especially kind. Emmanuel was also professional and extremely helpful. Suzette was also very attentive to everything I needed for my project.

Angel at plumbing and Viviane at check out was very friendly and professional.

Nice people, clean store (mostly of the time), always with plenty of stock.

Our experiences in this particular Home Depot are always so positive, particularly because the employees are always working on helping the customer to find things, to explain how to use things, and generally, kind and experienced. For special things like appliances, the employees seem to care what you need and to find alternatives if they aren't in stock.

AMY, my store associate and her demeanor made for a pleasant shopping experience .Very helpful and knowledgeable.

The selections were great, the employees exhibited wonderful customer service skills, and I had a wonderful experience. I will be returning.
