Fantastic, I was attended by Glenda Rivera, an exceptional person, she gave me all the attention I needed, very kind, I will definitely return many, many times to Home Dipot, I left the store completely satisfied.

I purchased the last of the Spiral trees and was ONLY given a $4 discount on it. No other store carried it in stock and or it was not coming in anymore. I wish there is a better service for when purchasing a display model that is not sold in a box and it’s a bit dirty.

I am very happy with the costumer service I received at my last visit to Home Depot! I got this new tile there about a week ago and I am pleasantly surprise with the looks and quality of this product! I love my new flooring! Thanks also to the employee lady who helped decide on the colors of grout and type of tile! I definitely recommend this product!

Philip was amazing. He was encouraging me on my DIY project. He gave me great recommendations that made me confident. He did offer Home Depot‘s construction services, but it was too late in the evening that no one was there. He was offered HD credit card in which I told him I already had one. He checked off all the boxes of a great representative of Home Depot.

I love going to the home depot. They're all so friendly and helpful. If they are not able to help you, they'll get you someone who can.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot since it opened. Wonderful store. I remember after Hurricane Charley we purchased a generator the next morning when most stores were closed!!!! I still have it and it still works

Going to Home Depot for supplies is a chore. If I’m going there it’s because I need a decent amount of stuff. Was surprised from the last time I was there, the regular shopping carts were no where by the entrances and exit or in the parking lot! I would have bought more but could only buy what i could carry to the register. No employee bothered to offer assistance. Pretty pathetic! You need to start thinking about the people who pay for the things thst kerp your store open and your employees employed!!

I want to bring attention to Javier he greeted us with a smile and asked us how he could help. He knew everything about all the washer machines. He.answered all my questions and gave us exceptional service. Home Depo should be proud to have him part of the team. Great personally and very personable.

When you need a product you can touch in real time and buy it is great to have this store close .

During my shopping for paint, so many Murphy’s Laws” if you will made my visit so frustrating, but when I finally got to checkout this cashier made my day. She was bubbly and friendly. You couldn’t help but leave with a smile.

I love shopping at the Vine St Home Depot location. The store has the vast majority of parts and supplies I need to upkeep my property. The employees are always helpful and friendly. I ordered a item online i went to customer service to get my order i went to buy a drill bit as i went in line to pay for the drill bit i told the cashier that i already payed for this item my name is on. It she looked at me crazy and pick the box up and looked at me as if i was lying and took it to the other person to check it out as if i was lying then once he look it up and seen it was mine they go say do you need a receipt i alresdy told you i payed for it my name is on the box smh

This store is totally understaffed!!! Maybe 3 or 4 employees on the entire store. Not one actual register open. Only self check out. The big doors by where the metal lumber carts are stored outside was locked so I had to search for 10 minutes to find a cart!!! I hate this store! Find a new manager and hire some workers!!! Unacceptable.

This location is my home away from home. Great staff, and awesome environment. Everyone is there to help, at time stopping everything to assist with the smallest of task. Thank you all.

Store is great, but the area was run down. Empty stores around.
