I generally like this store for its convenience, but double-check your receipt before leaving the store to make sure you were not overcharged.

Tim and Camille Garden Associates went out of their way to help me seeing that our house flooded a d I need to replace so much. They helped me with bathroom fixtures and shower doors. They even looked on your site on the computer to find what I needed that was not on the shelf. We bed so much and they were unbelievable. No way are we getting any customer service at our neighborhood Home Depot in La Mirada.

I shop at this Home Depot because the level of customer service is very high. I would willingly go out of my way to shop at the La Habra Home depot. I shop there a lot as I am an avid do-it-your-self-er with lots of questions. I always receive a friendly greeting, often by name. As a share holder, I very much, enjoy seeing how well my local H.D. is run.

Aubrey Padua was exceptionally helpful. I'm surprised she's not a manager!!!!!!

I WAS WALKING OUT OF GARDEN DEPT AND DROPPED MY SUNGLASSES IN THE DRIVE. IMMEDIATLEY, PHYLLIS @ GARDEN DEPT COULD SEE I WAS STRUGGLING TO GET ON GROUND TO PICK THEM UP (RECENT BACK SURGERY) . SHE YELLED "I GOT IT" AND RAN OVER TO PICK THEM UP. SHE REACTED IN A FLASH - WITHOUT HESITATION. I'M KNOW I WILL SHARE THIS STORY WITH AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN. PEOPLE LIKE PHYLLIS ARE THE REASON I SUPPORT A BUSINESS. THANK YOU PHYLLIS.

Everything is ALWAYS in stock here at La Habra, Home Depot. Clean and organized, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ask any of them ANYTHING, and I can count on them to know where it’s at & what it is!

Excellent customer service

Elizabeth in the service center was able to take charge from another employee who could not resolve a computer problem and worked a way around the problem; then gave me a substantial discount for having to wait for over an hour to purchase 6 pieces of lumber. I was subsequently texted a message that my delivery date would be delayed for 4 days and that the product would come from another store. I was told the evening before that the lumber I wanted was in stock in store. Obviously your in store computer system needs so fixing.

Employees are knowledgeable to know what you want or need. The garden section does have some exemplary professional bpeople working and insightful.

Jackie in paint dept. is so helpful, showed me the spout device on my behr paint purchases, other hds never brought up the feature . Havent met an employee at this store that wasnt helpful. I like this store even though I live 5 blocks from La Mirada hd. Its worth the extra drive.

My husband and I had been having quite a time to get together all the bricks and pavers we needed for a large project. We have been to some of the stores and were able to only come across a few piecemeal amounts the La Habra store was quite a change for us for starters the minute we walked in the door we were asked if we needed help and what we were trying to do. Immediately we got help! Tim, Abigail, and Brad were totally amazing! They helped us work out how many bricks and pavers to get, they helped us load everything, Always with a smile. We didn’t lift a finger and they got our truck all loaded on The side loading area. All the way to shutting our tailgate....Truly the best service we’ve had anywhere in a very long time. We will be back! And telling our family about the excellent service we received at La HABRA Home Depot!
