Home Depot carries care care/maintenance products very competitive prices!!!

Very Timing delivery of my online order: It took only two days and it was delivered as promised with continuous notifications

I'm extremely happy with all of my purchases that I purchased at the La Habra home depot.

This Home Depot was very poorly designed. The entrance is on the far right of the store while the checkout and exit is on the far left with literally the entire store in-between. Meaning if you want to park near the entrance as common sense would suggest, your going to have to walk the entire length of the store at least twice. Management seems to be aware that this is a problem for it's customers because instead of coming up with a compromising solution, they have doubled down and moved the interior layout to make it impossible to enter from any other opening other then the far right entrance. I don't recommend coming here if you have difficulty walking or are planning to make a big purchase that might weigh a lot because it's up to you to move it all that distance.

Most of the products that I needed was available in the store. Some products must be ordered on line. But, overall Home Depot is the place to go to for most projects big or small.

Went to buy stucco patch but needed some help on product selection. No one around to help so o wentvto the front cashier area. I asked an associate if i could get some help in that department. The kid gave me a lost look and eventually said he would get someone. I went back to the stucco area and waited, and waited, and waited. 20 minutes later still no one came over. I bought several items hoping one will work and i would return whatever i didn't use later. I am so utterly frustrated at this type of non-help that keeps happening with increasing frequency at Home Depot. I keep shopping at Hone Depot but my gosh, get your act together.

Needed a Kohler toilet and they had it in stock. Checkout helped me with the order and how to get my military discount. They were very helpful in the aisle and at the Checkout counter. Great price for the Santa Rosa one piece.

I enjoy projects around the house. I can always find what materials I need and end tool to finish the job.

All Garden employees were great. I am 80 yrs old. And they all gave me wonderful service. Right down to shutting my truck door for me. Thank you all

i was advised about needed info before purchase

The lady at the pro desk, I believe her name was Dez, helped me out so much the other day and I wanted to make sure she was recognized because from the moment I asked my question until I left the store, she made it her mission to not only walk with me to find my items but also had a genuine conversation with me and was involved in the whole experience and made it a very memorable one. I wish there were more people like Dez in this world. Thank you again

Whenever I go there, I always have questions about products. But I always have to wait more than 10 to 15 min for someone to come for help.

I really love the La Habra store, its close to my house, there's always knowledgeable personnel on hand to help and the pricing is awesome. I bought a refrigerator, a washer and a dryer the past year from the store and could not be happier!!

My Kohler 2 piece toilet arrived with one piece damaged but the customer service staff were very diligent in getting a replacement piece shipped in a timely manner and making the pickup process very efficient. Hopefully you won't need customer service but if you do they are well staffed and very good at their jobs!

I visited the La Habra store on Saturday. The employee at the self check out area stopped me and verified my receipt. I was embarrassed in front of other customers. She thought we didn’t pay and so she asked us if we paid for everything. I have been to HD a few times the past month and other employees shared people go steal and they tell them have a nice day but I got stopped.

Employees give the impression they could care less about assisting customers. Not uncommon to have to search for help and take employees away from their personal conversations with each other. Felt like I was bothering employees

I recently received a gift card from a friend. I tried to use the card at a different store and found out the card was not valid. My friend went back to the Lahabra store to find out what could be done. Somehow somebody was able to fraudulently use that card. The store manager was very apologetic and was able to make it right and also offered additional amount off on my next purchase for my troubles. I was super happy with the help that the employees gave me. They went far and above my expectations. Because of this I will always recommend this store because of the great service they provide.

I am a retired retail manager with nearly 45 years of experience. I notice when things are being done right and sadly also when they fall short. From the first day it opened I have been impressed with the friendliness, competence and the willingness to assist I find in the H.D in La Habra CA. I'd give it 11 stars if I could.

People outside asking for money make me feel a little unsafe No apple pay yet hard to believe it, is a lot safer to pay by apple pay, need a younger management to make this very convenient and safer decision about it

I needed help with a locked case and an employee helped me right away. She was friendly and helpful, I only wish I could remember her name.

Not everyone knows the products they are selling nowadays. That is definitely not the case with Jake. He is very knowledgeable without being a know it all. Approachable and professional.

The customer service at this store is outstanding! We had five employees help us and not because we sought them out. They came to us! Adora, Cristian, Lyn, Shannon and Lulu all went above and beyond their call of duty, but Adora really stood out as the all star! Thank you all! We appreciate you!

The people at the helps desk are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to assist!

I was helped by Angel in the wood department and he was great,,,he helped me find the wood I needed and he cut it for me. He deserves a raise!!!!
