Great store, good experience buying a washer and dryer.

Home Depot is my favorite store. There is almost always someone available to help you find something, answer questions and give some suggestions. Employees are friendly and usually go above and beyond to help you get your project done.

Clean and convenient. Located just off the freeway.

Clean well stocked store

I have always received satisfactory assistance on each visit

I was watching behind the orange banners when some red haired older lady (Bret?) came up and rudely yelled at the guy with glasses to sweep under the rack of wood. The older guy then told her he would sweep later while she continued to argue and look unprofessional in front of customers. There was clearly 3-4 people waiting to get into the isle and I was disgusted with her attitude and how snotty/bossy she was about this task that could be done later, she should not be around people. The guy in the glasses on equipment and older guy were super nice and helpful though!

Always the most helpful and smiling employees. They all are expert in their sections. I rely on their recommendations.

Jesse Mabry went over and above his duties I even think he may have been on his break but he put me and my needs first. The other stores really did not know the process of how the project loan works. I had a few bad contractors and others working on my project even a bad plumber from harstine island, that left me homeless. Let's just say jesse took his time made sure what he was doing to help me was correct and with the right people. I can't thank jesse enough. Especially where all the other stores told me the service I need was not offeted. Jesse is an asset not only to the store he works at but an asset to the home Depot franchise . Strongly suggest to visit not only jesse but all the departments at his location they have the right stuff!!!!

Had a great experience buying a large amount of stain working with "Mischell G" at the service counter. She was super in helping me acquire a large order having to access product at four Home Depot stores.

The store has about everything a person would need .....I'm luckey in that I'm a snowbird and have a store in Indio the same distance away that we are now ....

Store is great, well kept, clean, easy to navigate and the staff is UBER friendly and helpful.

Generally good but sometimes hard to find an employee for help.

We were in this part of town and needed to make a Home Depot stop. Wished we'd have taken the time to just drive to our MORE than friendly and helpful Tumwater, WA store! Couldn't get any help. Even the cashier wasn't any too friendly. Sadly we know now not to waste our time going to any other Home Depot other than the Tumwater, WA store!! Thank you Chad for making sure your employees are amazing!

Clean Store

I went to the Lacey HD this morning Monday 4/29/18) to purchase a riding lawnmower. The gentleman that helped me answered all of my questions without hesitation. I was then taken to customer service to finalize the purchase. I had a HD account but have not used it for many years. So, the Customer Service people suggested I just open a new account. The young lady took my info and the account was approved. Then Mischell (MLG0940) got my purchase order set up to include a bagger, the bagger being attached to the mover by HD personnel, and finally to have the mower delivered directly to my home. The entire process went quickly without any problems and I was told that my would be assembled and delivered tommorow (the day after purchase). All of the ladies in HD #4742 Customer Service did and outstanding job and deserve a thank you and very well done.

The personal attention and caring was fabulous. I am new to the Lacey area and will be doing multiple new house projects as I settle in to a new house. It is wonderful to know I will be able to come in to the store and have friends help with my needs. I was able to find just the item I was looking for even though it was not available on line. Lia

Pretty simple. I needed just one thing, I knew where it would be stocked, I went there, made my selection and then used the do-it-yourself checkout facility and left.

Happy employees, eager to help. Clean store and was able to find everything I needed. We will be back.

My husband and I have been shopping for a new fridge for a couple of months, off and on. I think we visited every store in Olympia and Lacey which sells them. We went to talk to Loren Sanchez a few times. Each time he was patient and friendly, offering suggestions. We finally made a decision and Loren was again there for us making everything so easy. The store is so clean and open and the personnel so friendly that it is very pleasant for two senior citizens to shop there. My only thing I would change is the music. I wish it was less loud, but I guess they do that for all the young people.

The store is clean, staff remembers your name, Veteran's parking, all products were physically available or available in suitable time.

Immediately when I walked in I had no clue where to go. A guy named John asked what I needed help with. As soon as I named what I needed, he proceeded to take me to where the item was. He saw that i brought my project with me and helped me for the next hour cutting away at a piece of steel. Something that i never thought possible. Afterwards he told me how to hang it properly and what tools I needed to get everything done. This was the most help I've ever recieved out of a store and reccomend always choosing this location because of their kindness and eagerness to help.

Super helpful staff! Brad in lumber hooked it up with some great cuts for a project of mine and Barbara at the cashier was kind as can be and a delight to talk to while leaving. This store is always organized and well stocked. Much better than the Lakewood/ South Tacoma store that I sometimes find myself going to out of convenience. But, if time is no bother, I choose this store.

Very helpful staff unlike any other Home improvement store.

All employees i talked to were friendly even if they were on a mission when i stopped them. The employee in tile was particularly helpful with my mission of getting craft project materials. Very satisfied with my customer experience here.
