easy store to get to- fast service and clean as it can be

Love the Pro Desk, always find someone in Tool dept. enjoy just walking thru outdoor garden. We are just a medium size apartment complex with a lot of old issues. Your store happens to have a lot of contractors working there, so if i have an issue I can get an answer from someone that did that work.

Richard Braun made the difference he went aver and above for me and made my day when he helped me with my order Employee's like him are the reason I will stay loyal to Home Depot!!!

We came in for a specific need, and were able to quickly find the product and check out how well it would work before purchasing it.

Have been there several times lately. Every time I'm there, staff is always willing to help. If they can't help me, they find someone.

We especially love the paint and that department's products. I also managed to find a few great sale items as well.

We purchased an Anderson Patio Door from The Home Depot store in Lake Geneva, WI. During our purchasing experience (over a time frame of three months), we worked with three different associates in the Doors and Windows department. All were very professional and went above and beyond to help us. We were very happy with our shopping experience and would highly recommend this store.

I will only recommend this store if you don't have to buy paint with Jay being the one to help you.

UNDERSTAFFED ON A BUSY SATURDAY MORNING IN PAINT DEPARTMENT. INFORMED THAT LOCAL MANAGEMENT DOES NOT DICTATE STAFFING LEVELS.

I live in this area, so I shop here often. The store is always clean and the associates are very friendly, helpful and they know what they're talking about. I trust Lake Geneva Home Depot associates to give me the right advice. Product selection is always great, too. Most things are easy to find. Associates are right there to ask, if I need help.

I am pleasantly surprised every time I visit this location with the friendly atmosphere of the associates. It makes a for great experience.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with the young lady who was the cashier at the self pay section. She went above and beyond to help us with the questions we had and also helped us with the monitor when we needed to access info on a particular item. She is truly an asset to your store.

Anytime i have any questions in a department the associates can answer or find someone who could. I have remodeled a dozen homes in the last three years . The lake Geneva store makes it easy to help estimate and complete my projects.

Wonderful to work with, and a breeze to locate anything you may need.

The associate was very helpful in getting help with items I needed and having another associate load the items in my car.

Thank goodness Ian was working in the Building Materials area! Obtained the materials I needed, answered every question that I had. Did it all with a smile on his face. Excellent customer service! I could not have asked for a nicer associate to make this trip a better experience. I hope management appreciates Ian as much as I do. Thank you Ian. Associates are very helpful- went in for two items needed assistance in both carpet and appliances and got help without asking, very knowledgeable.

Home Depot was the second store I came to shop for a Micro Wave for my home. The experience I had was the greatest. They had what I was looking for and the service was the best.
