Kayla in the appliance department is awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and understands customer service.

I went in to find a battery and Lori in Hardware was great with helping me find the best deal and the correct battery.

Kudos to our Lake Geneva, WI Home Depot for being so well-stocked and so well-staffed. Particular praise for Cheryl who not only helped us to check out promptly but also helped us open an account which we will get real "mileage" out of. The staff is so happy to help out that it makes shopping there a pleasure. Keep it up!

We are always at Home Depot in Lake Geneva! The people on the floor are SO knowledgeable, and friendly. They are respectful of your level of knowledge, and always happy go the extra mile to help a customer.

I shop Home Depot about once a month and they have so many helpful friendly people there. I was greeted by several people as I went down the aisles. You can tell they are well trained in customer satisfaction.

I visited the store in Lake Geneva and had an excellent experience. I was able to find products that I needed and wasn't able to secure locally. I will definitely visit again soon. There were some awesome sales and I was able to benefit tremendously.

Yesterday was a very good experience at Home depot. It was extremely busy. I asked to see a manager and she was just great. She answered all my question for me even took care of the sale for me and put all 15 shrubs in my car,,

The store was clean and well-stocked. The associates were both friendly and had helpful knowledge about the product I was buying. It was a longer drive from the Home Depot I usually use, but worth the trip.
