I recently purchased a refrigerator and had to open a credit account here. Customer service was excellent, she assisted with the application, made sure all promotional offers were applied to sale, and was very knowledgeable about warranty information.

I do not ever go to the competitor down the road anymore Home Depot always has plenty of associates to assist with questions. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Shelves are well stocked and prices are a value. Highly recommend this location of Home Depot.

How easy Victor made my decision to purchase an LG Washer and Sidekick. So professional and helpful.

I finished my shopping yesterday and as I came outside 2 ladies where offering hot dogs, potato chips and bottled water to customers exciting the store. Both were excited, bubbly and willing to serve the wares. Their happy attitude was portrayed not only to me but to every other customer that came out of the store.

It has been a pleasure shopping at Home Depot. The staff are very friendly and cordial; as a home owner and with rental properties I depend greatly on the advise and counseling of Home depot staff; they go out of their way in giving instructions how to complete a project and what products I must buy; For example my lawn, for some reason, was in a bad shape (my neighbors complained) The Gentleman at this store gave me good directions (looking at my photographs of my lawn); to-day my lawn is as good as my neighbors; I will not go anywhere other than to Home Depot

The Latham Store is in a convenient location and the staff are always friendly and offer to bring you to whatever product I may be looking for. There's a great selection of products for both commercial and residential properties.The service is top notch!

When I go to the Home Depot they always help me out when I have questions. They always suggest what they would do and make it less overwhelming.

I have spent more than $4000. in the past 2 months at this Home Depot redoing railings on my deck, & replacing back door. Very good help in selecting a back door & replacement window. Actually saving me $200 by choosing a better door, than we found online. Also saved money on window, by buying off rack instead of ordering. Associates working the floor & cashiers were very helpful. Had to exchange some Items, with no problems...as long as you have store receipt. I mentioned this cause another person didn't have a receipt & was annoyed at a very helpful associate at the exchange counter.

This store has it all. From landscaping thru the roof. Great selection customer service. Its clean and a very friendly place. Everyone is very helpful.

The man at the paint desk was very very helpful and the customer service was much better than most all of the hardware/lumber/building supply stores that i purchase materials from.

Above all, I am always treated as a guest. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and are always willing to assist (physically). The Home Depot offers the products I need the most and at reasonable prices. The shelves are always well stocked and the isles are well lighted and obstruction free. Generally, the store rated 95 out of a 100!

I highly recommend this store if you're looking for assistance with plumbing issues. Very nice older gentleman there...went above and beyond for us. I believe his name is Mike.

We recently moved and this was our first visit to the Latham store. The employees were exceptional with extensive product knowledge and positive attitudes . I have not observed this level of customer service in competitior's stores or other retail store.

The employees their are awesome and always exceed my expectations.

I like this store because it's covenant for me and it's clean. I found what I was looking for. Checkout was easy.

Had a great experience with Victor Durant. Helped us get our new washer and dryer set. Took time to explain the different products and pick what was perfect for our family. The store was clean and everyone was great. Highly recommend them.

I know, I know. Everyone seems to have negative things to say about the big box store experience. I've had my share of horror stories as well. But I have to give credit when it is due, and I was extremely impressed and satisfied with my service at this store. I made a major purchase (snowblower) and the guy on the floor (never got his name unfortunately) was tremendous. He walked me through all the features of the machine and spent a ton of time with me. Even helped me load it onto one of their rental trucks on an extremely cold day here. I have nothing but good things to say about how I was treated. I would recommend them highly.

This store needs to hire many people to bring back the once quality of help that they once had

Best staff and worst experience ordering 6 appliances.(no fault of staff, simply the ordering system is outdated and needs updating) The team at Home Depot went well above the call of duty to ensure our order was corrected and made sure that our Christmas Dinner would be cooked in our new kitchen. We spent two weeks reviewing and working with several stores to replace ALL of our appliances and The Home Depot at Latham won our trust. The staff at the appliance center and customer service made our shopping very pleasant. We started by selling ALL of kitchen appliances and washer and dryer in order to finance our new purchase (50% of what we needed). Once everything was sold, we we ordered all black stainless steel Samsung and LG Landry Suite. We wanted to take advantage of store and manufacture rebates. We ordered 6 appliances and was promised a date of delivery but later that day the delivery company called saying that our order was being delayed by 2 months due to back orders. Our kitchen and laundry room is empty and Christmas is coming up and we were told we had to wait 2 months? We returned to the store... So the team at home depot put on their best show and after spending several hours and stressful times and working with a great customer and sales team, we came out happy and with a delivery date of 9 Dec.... I would like to thank the team and assistant manager for all of their hard work and dedication to get this resolved...many thanks..u saved Christmas...and many hours at the local Landry mat
